whos to say i'm not around there ages......
the youngest member of there band is what.... like 17..........
i'm 16, thats not to far away miss,
and second, the topic is just wondering if you think they are gay.......
not telling you to pick,
i could care less if they were, but there NOT!
and yes emo does not always mean you cut yourself of you are always depressed,
emo along with other lables are just lables,
ways on people view you,
emo is a good thing, emo boys are HOT!
i know this from my own life style thank you very much!

I was not implying you where too young >.< i was implying some people where. I mean at the age of 13......... granted i listened to some pretty bad stuff, but that was because my mum was busy having a mental break down, and my dad at the time lived in Germany. I know however every time he came home it got confiscated. Also i have nothing against emo people >.< in fact most of my friends ARE emo........ all i said was panic! do not like being classed as emo, which they have said themselves.

There is a big misconception, but by their outfit, it seems a bit odd. They kinda use the "gay" stereotype. I mean, tight pants is kinda... not normal...
I'm mostly here for their music. I could care less if their face looked like crap. I mean seriously.
As for emo, you people are crazy. If you want to listen to quintessential real emo, you have to listen to other bands. Emo now is more of a high pitched voices type of group. Back when emo started, it was deep, and passionate.

well,
i see what your all saying here people,
but in my opinion theres 2 types of emo people!
one, is the old school emo, they dress the part, tight pants, converes ect.
this emo is the deep emo, the emo you were talking about up there,
and then theres the new age violent emo, the sort of emo that people almost.....in a way..........fear, these emo kids are mostly in this lifestyle for the attention, also i would like to clear this up, not ALL emo people cut themselves, infact very few of my emo friends do so, but i sorta understand why one would do such a thing,
my lable is emo,
but i prefer just being myself,
as most of us do,

i see what your all saying here people,
but in my opinion theres 2 types of emo people!
one, is the old school emo, they dress the part, tight pants, converes ect.
this emo is the deep emo, the emo you were talking about up there,

I love tight pants on guys, especially the pants that are tight by the knees and loose around the belt. And guyliner is life. Oh God, I love guyliner. It proves they arn't afraid to do what they want. And... emo....most people use that term wayyyy to often. Most people call me emo because: 1. I wear black alot.... 2. I shop at HotTopic and I'm not afraid of it. 3. I love Panic! 4. I came into school with a scratch on the side of my wrist and everyone called me emo. I bet most of you thought I wasn't 'emo' from my personality, since I'm not. Proving that emo is totaly overused and basicaly was turned into "TO creepy for describing words." not "EMOtionaly disterbed." So. That's my rant.

I blame AFI for lots of the crap given to Emo people. yeah. but even all of the emo bands have said there is no such thing as emo people. just music. so a band can be emo in the sense of their music, but not their physical appearance.
labels are lame, anyway.
and panic! is far from emo, either way.
it's like all of those kids self-proclaiming themselves as "goths".
sorry, kids, you can't be a piece of architecture, and unless you're a strict follower of the gothic religion, you're not that either. "...and sweet avalanche."
