That's a good idea, actually. We can't be sure how many people strong each of the rioting gangs are, so everyone with powers or ambition are suspected enemies.

Whoever took Nebula last night left no trace. That's not surprising considering how cleanly they got in and took her out. Any ideas how to go about figuring this one out?

When I left yesterday, it was for my daily patrol, which usually ends up in trouble and bruises. I usually cover a decent portion of the city, but I can't be everywhere at once.
So telepath, scrying...
Hmm... I wonder if Professor Winwright will have anything that can help us out here. I haven't visited him in a long time...

Oh, I thought you had just misheard Starbright. You really meant to imply that a teleporter was most likely used in the kidnapping. So who do we know that has that sort of power or technology...?
