Elu blinked once then twice. "Oh..." She felt her cheeks redden. He had really thought about that. With a sinking heart she thought about what she had assumed earlier. "I-I see..." She blushed more and smiled. "Ha, Aion, even at the best of times, you find it difficult to be romantic, huh?" She laughed softly and reached out a paw to take it. "Thank you." She smiled broadly, Thank you very much." She leaned forward and pressed her mouth to his. "I like it very much." She whispered, her face turning a darker shade of red.

Huffing lightly, he tilted his head up proudly with a smirk. "Hmph. This is even pushing it, feel lucky." After the short kiss, a smile actually crawled on his lips naturally. Catching glimpse of her dark red face, his head lowered to take the bracelet in his mouth and slide it over her paw. Gazing at it, the golden colour looked good against her dark pelt, as even in the dark it seemed to glimmer. "It looks good on you, like that weird blush of yours." He mentioned lightly, nuzzling his head against hers before standing and stretching.

Elu snorted, "Right." She glanced down, and reddened more at the compliment and smiled ruefully, "Ha. I suppose." She shrugged, "YOu should get used to it, Aion, if you keep doing things like this, I'll probably be a permanent red, won't I?" She grinned, "It was really sweet of you to do this, Aion." She whispered, responding to the nuzzle with one of her own. "I'm so glad I was wrong." She shook her head and smiled ruefully, "Though I do have to wonder why Viveca was saying such things about you." She tilted her head and cocked a brow, not suspecting him, but certainly asking him for an explaination.

"Mmm, possibly. I don't think red would suit you, brown is better." The short nodd was given, returning his cheek against her own; embeleshing the softness. Giving a curt chuckle, his head shifted left to right. "You don't have to worry...I couldn't put up with any other female......and I don't they could put up with me." Licking her cheek, he dropped to his haunches beside her with a frown. "Its just her. She's followed me as much as i've followed her, unfortunately it seems she's trying to take after me. She's also been sneaking off to meet with this other child, Achyls...Loki's daughter. I'm sure it isn't helping this other dark little one is urging with her own." He shook his head...maybe she'll straighten out in time?

Elu nodded andd attempted to fight off another blush, "That's very sweet of you, Aion," She laughed, still not quite believing it was true. She listened, ears slightly perked and smiled sadly, "Yes...it seems two of our children are taking after you. Orahn has been actually an awful lot like what you were before you met me. Minus the killing, of course." She shook her head, "We should have expected it, yes? Two children would be like you, two like me." She laughed softly, amused by fate's choices. A sigh escaped her lips and she glanced out to the cloud covered sky.

She was afraid for her daughter, someone so young already discovering the darkness in the world. It would have been bad enough that one was doing this, but it was two. She just wanted her children to be happy in their own right, but some of the decisions that were being made would not bring what they desired. She tilted her head back to Aion, "Do you know....that Orahn s already speaking of leaving the Temple?" She asked softly, dark eyes glittering as the moon shone once again.

Nodding his head slowly, the dark prince lowered his body down to the cool stone floor of the temple. It was hard to imagine two more prodegies of his roaming around the temple...one taking his attitude, while the other took his beliefs and sadistic mentality. It almost frightened him to find Viveca in his shrine, admiring the brutality of the blood stained walls...luckily Elu never found out that she had been in there. "Mhn. As much as I should be proud of that, I am not. Only one should harbor the burden of dual gods. Luckily I've been doing just enough to keep the other from finding a new host." He admitted on deep vocals, singular illuminated orange orb shifting down to his paws.

Perking his ears up as his wings tucked against his side blending perfectly with his pelt, it was strange to know that one already wished to leave the temple...yet he figured not all would find lives within these ancient confined walls. "That does not suprise me. Nor does it bother me too much as long as he does not visit the bogs to the west. None of the brats are to venture there as long as I am alive to stop them." He huffed, there was no chance in the seven hells that any of his family was to venture there ever again. Too much was the chance they could run up with his distrubed family tree...they would not hesitate to corrupt and kill any which fell lost in the death marked black swamp.

Elu smiled at him faintly and nodded her head once. It was easy to forget the burden Aion carried, he gave no hint of his inner turmoil and it was not as if she could pyshically help. Her goddess had contacted her a few times....but there was nothing concrete. She shifted and lay her head at the base of his neck, "It is worse when we can not do much to stop their spiral. We've done our best....and will continue to do so, but it is up to them to decide what path they will take." She let out a long breath and laughed softly as he once again called the children "brats" but she sobered and whispered a "Yes..." She understood, and would honor his wishes herself, "I doubt that Orahn will, Aion, he speaks of the desert being "too hot, too dry, and too empty" for him. If anything...I think he will go toward my lands. The Forests and rivers that lie there give him just what he wishes. It will....it will just be hard to see him go." She smiled ruefully, "My pathetic female emotions showing through, eh?"

It would be very hard to see one of her children leave, let alone leave toward lands she had left with the invention of never returning. Would her family recognize him as one of their own? Probably not. Her ears flicked backwards, it was more then likely they wouldn't he didn't look like any animal that the Clan was based on. He would be discriminated against and hopefully he would deal wth it gracefully. She sighed, she wanted to go with him--or forbid him from going but all that would do was make him miserable and want to get away even more and make him even less likely to come back. She raised her head and nibbled his ear thoughtfully, "So...is there really anything we can do without them thinking we're just overprotective and going on their merry way?" She murmured.

"I suppose you're right..." A soft mutter came as his head turned to lay on her paws, enjoying secretly the feel of her sift fur against his own; yet he would never admit. Aion figured he could just supress them untill they snapped into sense, yet that wasn't 'good parenting' as Chael informed him. Listening on as she expressed her concern about Orahn, he knew how his son felt about getting away from it all. Afterall, he made the trek to the temple when he too was younger...having to get away from the black swamps of his birth. "No, maternal and womanly emotions are different, your displaying the first so thats acceptable."

Musing gentley as a grin formed on his lips at the comment, his eye flitered up to watch Elu's face change as she thought about the concerns of one of their children leaving. Aion didn't really harbour the same feelings, to wether it was a male thing, or just his thing - he didn't know. "Other than locking them up somewhere, I don't think thats possible. However....why don't you follow him, at least till he reaches wherever he wants to go?" He suggested, sure he could take care of the girls, even if it wasn't his favorite thing to do. "An furthermore, don't you mean thinking you're overprotecing?" Another grin graced his lips, his wings folding neatly on his back.

Elu laughed, ironicly comforted by his statement, "I see, Aion, I see." She sighed, rubbing her cheek in his dark fur. She listened, ears half-perked as he continued and shook her head, "No, I can't go." She replied solemnly, "I can never go back to that place. I broke my ties with them when Tara and I left." She raised her and headbutted him, "No I don't!" She snapped, nibbling his ear, "You'd be over-protective too if you had to deal with what I have!" She huffed, tugging a bit.

Inside she was a bit morose about his reaction. He could be a little more interested in the situation that would be coming, but she understood why he wasn't and wouldn't push it. Her children were their own person and as such would be allowed to o whatever they pleased when they reached adulthood, it wasn't like Elu could stop them from what they wanted to do, it wasn't in her nature. Hopefully though....hopefully Orahn would come back soon from his adventure. Hopefully none of her other children would leave the Temple. She wasn't sure she could bear more then one leaving at a time.

"I see. So they would probably reject and make a mockery out of you both. Seeing as due to me, Orahn looks nothing like an animal...he would suffer the same." Aion spoke as he tried to figure out the main concern for Elu...which it seemed that was it. Laughing moments later as she headbutted him out of retaliation, he shook his head chuckling. "You know I'm right. If you worry over those pups any more you'll start getting grey fur. I on the otherhand can see them as pups who can survive, therefor I have no worries....and will get grey fur far later than you." He mused, that smirk remaining strong on his lips.

"So stop worrying so much. They'll be fine." After all this time of being around the female, he figured he could most of the time read how she was feeling. There were the odd incidents which he had no clue...yet this wasn't one of them. Adjusting his body to curl around her's, he lifted his head to give her a light kiss on the lips...he didn't enjoy it when she was particularily downcast in mood.

Elu shrugged, "I left of my free will with the promise to never return, there is nothing in that oath that says Orahn cannot return, though he would experience what you have said." She growled playfully and headbutted him again, pressing into him and nuzzling him fiercely, "Ha, that may be true, but I'm already mostly white myself, I'll be a pretty gray. You on the other paw, with look very unique." She laughed softly and allowed herself to relax, though in truth, she figured she would never stop worrying about their children, she was their mother after all.

With great difficulty she stopped herself from making a fool of herself and capturing more kisses. Was it that terrible that a simple kiss could do such to her? For once she didn't blush either, twas truly a sight to see.
