I'm still trying to get used to it. I saw a further back picture earlier today, and thought "what's on his arm? did he hurt himself?" Then I remembered he had a new tattoo. xd

That's an awesome guitar. However, judging by the tuning pegs, it's tuned very strangely, as Iris is, or one of the other big songs.

Pretty much every Goo Goo Dolls song uses an alternate tuning. Johnny rarely ever plays in standard tuning.

All Eyes on me, and Slide are PLAYABLE in standard tuniong. I think Slide is in standard tuning, and All Eyes On Me sound pretty good when I play them,...

They're playable in standard, but Johnny doesn't play them in standard. He's said before that he doesn't even know how to play in standard tuning. Slide is not in standard when Johnny plays it.

Slide would be really hard and poitnless in standard. I play it (I think the sam as JOhnny) and its all nicely tucked under one hand shape with like two shifts 'n some other stuff.

Beautiful Sin Interesting Facts:
- he was born December 5th, 1965
ooo! thats three days after my dad's!
- his dad was a postal clerk
- his mom was a teacher
- both his parents were polish
- both his parents died before he turned 17
- he's the youngest of 5 kids, and the only boy
I though he had six sisters.....?
- he was originally going to become a plumber
- he later decided he was going to be a social worker
- originally he was not the lead singer, but Robby would turn the lights off and encourage him to sing
- he's divorced, but no, he's not single
I never knew he had been married. Hmm. Hed have adorable kids.

No, he only has 4.
And yeah, he was married, got divorced between Dizzy Up The Girl and Gutterflower. A lot of songs on Gutterflower are about his divorce.
