I'd prefer it be in June since that's the best time for me but it looks like April is going to be more favoured.

OK, so I am going to break the tie with a random number. I am going to generate a random number between 1 and 10. An ODD number breaks the tie in favour of April 20th-26th 31% [ 5 ] and an EVEN number breaks it in favour of August 17th-23rd 31% [ 5 ].
