I have a very strong stance on certian love spells
in how I was taught.. there are two kinds.. one that is a general type.. please help me find the one I can love etc.. those are not messing with anyone.. they are designed to help YOU locate a person to love.. it does not in any way mean the person wil like love adore or care about you. These I do not see a problem with.
Now on to the other kind
the I want X to love me FOREVER.. ok for many reasons I find these spells pure evil. how would you like it if someone that you normally would not want to spend 5 min talking to was able to do that to you? that is my reasoning...
love spells that effect you not no one else.. shrugs why not.. but the second you start to effect someone else .. with the possible exception of a couple doing a love spell together to bind them closer... shrugs I presonally do not want to be near someone when that rebound law takes effect.

I don't personally like or use love spells. What if someday you don't love them anymore and they are still all googoo over you. Now you have another problem to work on.

Now I say this all the time, but I'll say it again. Love spells are NOT meant to make someone fall in love with you and all that junk. That would be bending free will. The point of using them is to draw you closer to your true love/soul mate. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to know a little more about the rules of magick.

Well, not to be picky, but isn't there more than one set of rules to magic? I mean, seriously, just because one branch says that you should do it one way, why would the other branch, saying that you should to it another way, be untrue if they give the same results?
Still, I personally think that anyone that uses a love spell should try first with actually looking around at life and stuff. Usually, the answer is a lot more easy to find.

I personally am not a fan of love spells. I find they have very wicked intentions underlying them so I stay away from them, especially the ones that use specific people. Like it has been said before, they could bind the person and even if they did work, it wouldn't be true love.
I do like the ones that attract love to you though, but I take into consideration that it may not be the time in live where I am supposed to find it.

The way I was "taught" about love spells is that it does not manipulate anyone as long as you don't send out that energy, and that you have to keep your mind open to all sorts of love, not just romantic or that stanger across the street you've been eyeing for a week but haven't asked out. So when i do love spells, I generally do it for all sorts of love, not just because I'd like to find someone to love who will also get me laid.
Keep your energy free of any manipulation or negativity and keep your eyes and heart open, it's the fundamentals of love spells from what I've been taught and what I've learned.
