There's a lot to say about me.. first of all... I'm extremely strange... but normally kind, dedicated, loyal, and honest. I'm bored and Irritated easily... there's a lot more to me, but I just don't feel like saying anymore.

M'kay....
Hi. My name is Samantha(just call me Sam), I'm 13 years old and in 8th grade now, I'm about 5'9".(People say I'm tall for my age so, and say I should model, which is weird so.....yeah) I tend to procrastinate and daydream.(Which is usually the birth of most of my poems) I live in Louisiana and have black and canadian blood in my veins and of the Christian faith (Roman Catholic). I have lots of friends from pretty much a rainbow of social groups, relgions, backgrounds, etc. I always give people a chance before judging them. I got two brothers, Denis (Yes, it's spellled right) and Boyd. Although neither me or Denis have gotten the pleasure of meeting Boyd, having left the same day he came into the world,(But he did live about a day, so that's good) He would be 16 this year.
Denis says he's going to be in a band at his school( which I'm completely terribfied of but i'm gonna be forced to go to), so I'm choosing between piano and guitar. I might learn to play both, who knows...?
I listen to a very wide range of music. Pop, J-pop, rock, metal, altertnative, jazz, R&B, folk, techno, (new)country, gospel, punk, rap, ect...I just don't want songs that get all nasty about their "business", get scary/disturbing or are screaming at me so much that I can't make out what they say....(I need my ears ppl!!)
I like Linkin park, Evanescence, Utada Hikaru, April sixth, Christina Aguilera, Natasha Bedingfield....and many more it's just too much to type... (I like more artists than bands I guess...I just noticed that)
I love to draw(A kind of anime stlye) I'm self taught in fact. I also love poetry(obviously) and writting stories.
As for my favorite foods....I like pizza, poptarts, crawfish, shrimp and other cajun seafood, cornbread dressing(thanksgiving), CHOCOLATE .....let's just cut to the chase, I like food okay!! gonk
I get annoyed by mean people who would try to make someone life a living hell for just about no reason at all. (Or for something stupid) I wouldn't say I'm a mean person, I can be very nice and easy to get along with, but I do stand up for myself and others who might some problems with doing the same. Which is why I've got a love for poetry, espeacially free verse. I can just vent my feelings and conserns through and not have to worry about rhyming or positioning, although I do like the challenge...
I'd have to say my inspiration for poetry would be my 7th grade Enlgish/Literature teacher Mr.Couvillion (He was awesome! He's practically my uncle!) before his class I wasn't even considering poetry, but we were studying it as a section that year. And we tried all types of poetry(like free verse) and at the end we had to make a poetry book. Everyone loved it! Even teacher from ohter classes who asked to borrow it. I felt very speacial that day. mrgreen

Aight well as for me...

I'm 16 years old yet I still have the heart of a child.
My favourite Author (If you know him or not) Is none other than Darren Shan. I love his series 'The Demonata' I'm already upon his fifth book 'Blood Beast'
My favourite band: Well to me its the obvious and loveable Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Besides my love for Poetry. I perfer to draw to my hearts contempt or until I fail a class not listening...
My favourite type of food is Chinese Take out. I don't care if the rumors are that the meat is cat. Its freakin good Cat then.
Lets see what else.
