What I found (its a bit more serious than i thought):
Young adults with high levels of antibodies to Epstein-Barr virus appear to be at increased risk for developing multiple sclerosis later in life, new research suggests.
The findings add to the evidence implicating the common virus as a possible trigger for multiple sclerosis, a neurological disease of the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves), which affects some 400,000 Americans.
Almost everyone is exposed to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) by the time they reach adulthood. Infection early in childhood is common and usually does not cause severe illness, but infection that occurs in adolescence often leads to mononucleosis.
...
There is new evidence linking the virus that causes mononucleosis with an increased risk for multiple sclerosis, but experts say it is unlikely that Epstein-Barr virus infection alone triggers the degenerative nerve disease.
"Epstein-Barr virus [EBV] is intriguing, but it is not the whole story," National Multiple Sclerosis Society spokeswoman Patricia O'Looney, MD, tells WebMD. "EBV is very common, with 95% of people becoming infected by age 40. Obviously if it were a simple association, a lot more people might have MS."
In a way, i guess we dont have to worry too much, but then again we do.....i suggest that we all do some reasearch to better understand this. that way we can help Frankie more by understanding what he's going through.

Denk nur an MICH und du siehst Den ENGEL der neben dir fliegtI have a neighbour with MS, and he leads a good life. So if he develops it after MCR split (which, before you attack me with "NOOOOOOOO!", we all know will happen), he can still live. But if he develops it when MCR are still together…T-T

Water Someone made a get well video for Frank. "I have been told that Frank had to come back from playing the Japan shows because of being sick" is what they said. And someone said that it was posted on myspace...what myspace, I have no idea. Does anyone have Frank's myspace? Also someone said they heard it on the radio...though I've no idea what radio station. Also I just read: "Frankie was very sick as a child." "Frank was constantly sick until about 5th grade." "Frank suffered from ear infections" Any connections? AW! I love that vid. Yeah I did here he was sick. I HIGHLY doubt he'll die. I think he is getting well. GET WELL FRANKIE! MCR ISN'T THE SAME WITHOUT YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!! emo

GUYS!! Dont freak!!I have a hugemongus medical dictionary here and I have looked up EBV and Mononucliosis((Infectious Mononuc.)) There isnt all that much to worry about.. Frank has had Mono. several times in his life already... I just recently went to a doctor((broke my nuckles >.<)) and I asked about it and said that he has had it several times..
The doctor at first stared at me and then went off to do something...when he came back he said that pretty soon he might start growing an immunity to the Mono and the symptoms will get less and less visible and he will over all not get as bad as we all think he will.

Yeah, getting MS and cancer and nervous system crap going on is apparently really rare. EBV mostly just causes mono, and I know a lot of people who have had it (some more than once) and they're all alive and healthy.
PLUS apparently on some japanese radio station, gerard said that he had gotten wisdom teeth out and I'm assuming they got infected or something...
