I agree with Stormy. I watched some 'behind the scene' stuff, and I'm pretty sure I heard the producer/director guy [I can't remember who] say there was only going to be 3 moives.
Plus, if there was a fourth one, even if it was decent, It'd be overdoing it. It'd start to drag on. I think three movies is a limit. Even if Johnny is sexy.
And Lizzy should die! >>

It's funny how many people don't like Elizabeth.
I guess there's just something about movies that make a dozen of them appear less interesting after a while. I think 3 would be a great number to finish it off. If there's a fourth, sad to say, I probably wouldn't be as excited to see it, seeing as though the storyline now makes enough sense. If they add on anymore, I think I'd go insane.

~stormy_horizons~ i dont believe that. your information must be mixed up because if you watch all the behind the scenes on the DVD, the director or prouducer (i forgot which exactly sweatdrop ) said that they would only do three movies because it would get to be too much if they did more. Jonny said that he would love to keep going until there was a tenth PotC because he loved the character so much but the prouducers wanted to stop at three for a trilogy. I respect your opinion; but I really found the interview in the internet and it said that, by the own words of the director and Johnny

in my opinion, every good movie should have a main character that gets killed off. It's just one of those things

I think that three is for the best, as long as they can tie up all the loose ends.

I'd personnally prefer that they'd stop at the third movie. It's useless to keep pressing the citron if the juice is all out already.
What I mean is, the further they'll try to twist the plots, the more boring and surrealistic it will get.
And a PoTC without Elizabeth would make me sad.

As much as another POTC film would make me squeal like a fangirl..i do agree with some of the previous comments on the subject that say it could possibly overdo it .. it could drag.. x

TRILOGY MEANS THREE! Why does no one get this anymore??? Also, it would suck if Elizabeth wasn't in the movie she is too important to the plot.
