If the thread hasn't been updated. It is easy to count up. So take for example the last update was 24.
Today is the 26
The thread was said to have at least 40 on the end of the 24. With 20 a day... that would mean the goal would be 80.
40 (old number)
+ 40 (20 bumps * 2 days)
= 80
