There was one book written entirely in second and third person (but the main character was second person). I don't remember the name of it though. Let's see if I can find it again.
Anyway, it says that it is/was/will be (I think it was was -_-) you having this adventure or whatever. Sounds like a very in depth story, but what if the reader doesn't act like the second person character? Then it wouldn't seem right ... Interesting idea though.

It would frustrate me, and fast. Especially the part about the personalities not matching. *shrug* So I guess there's reason behind people writing in 1st and 3rd (well, usually).
