The princes kind face vanished and burned away, leaving his demoinc snout and fangs to appear and in the darkness of his demonic features, searing red eyes appeared and matched perfectly the voice that rumbled withen saying " I am more than I give anyone credit for my fine matron of fate, I talk to you because I have a deal for you. Insulting a barataazu is not at all wise and I find your presence growingly disturbing..." he leaned down on one knee and a pair of wings pulled out and blocked her off on both sides as he said " I know it is the fates job to see and know all, and even tell all for a price, so Ill ignore your intrusion here and offer you such a bargain, for 500 mortal souls I want you to inform me of queen Shiva's exact location when I want it. Also... I can reward you with other prizes if you were to keep an eye on Kigra and make sure harm does not stand in her path. We of the bartraazu have strong ties to the yugoloth afterall"

The demon stood and put his arms behind his back. His tail came around front and he rubbed his once again human chin and said in thought " I never once said money would be yours, Fates have little need of mortal toys, and if you wish to stick around you can, just stop thinking I am as young as I appear or youll see my true mind, and fate or not, your mortal as anyone on this realm and underestimate the plans of the daemon council. Im neither foolish nor young and this wolrd will never see the slow moving plans of my counils orders. Nor will that fool Hadrien and his lot. They think they have the uperhand over me because hes king of this one realm, I know beings that control whole worlds, Hell learn as will these short sighted mortals that you dont get in a demons way, you simply become part of there plot" he grinned in mock innocence at a passing baron and then added " Keep your presence in my family, just dont get in its way and well do fine Fate"

Damascos looked down at the bitter old one with a grim smile on his face. He knew as wel las any demon royalist that there was no such thing as fixed fate, only some events were totaly foreseeable and he would not be tempted into further argument if she chose to make things up. But he did wonder... would his own offspring rule the mortal realm? Was his dream of making the ultimate empire and the ultimate emporer at the same time possible? The thought was his very goal and so he decided to take her word that it could very likely happen and it made him smile proudly. Kigras presence only enhanced the smile as he added her to the picture by him as queen and said " Certainly my dear, I have enchanted entire castles with my arts before, but only a worthy partner such as you could make this mystical spellweaving work so well" with that he went out onto the floor with more confidence than anyone could possibly guess.

A new family freind you might say, she knows of the children were trying to sire and wishes to be part of the glory when we conquor this realm. Dont mind her excentricites to much love as I wont let her interfear with our plans for the future" he said as they danced, without really noticing, the crowd stopped to watch there perfection of dancing. It almost seemed as if they were gliding and floating on the wind. If anyone was close enough to look, theyed notice that was exactly what was going on. There movements became fluid as an unknown lightsource subtly made them glow in the dance hall. With a deep smile he spun her about and released her, she kept going to the point it nearly defied physics, and then quickly took her in his arms again and kept going.

The demon was true to his word as always that he would show her somthing greater than most of his charms. The next few minutes he spend spining, twisting, and otherwise bending her body to his will and following suite. Soon the dance was a feverish swirl of there bodies and more than once they preformed moves undoable by mortals. He would spin her up into the air only to join her and gently touch down and would thrust her out by her arm and let go only to find her still leaning outwards for him to return her to his arms. And when the dance was finaly finished, he bent her more than low to the ground, bending over himself, he held her upside down nearly at a sharp angle, her hair swpt onto the floor as he leaned as far over as he could and held her without actualy touching her. Topping it all off, his golden mane fell over her face and masked a passionate kiss that seemed to make a brilliant light display show in both there eyes.

Damascos beamed at them all and held Kigra in his arms before him, letting the crowd give her the attention primarily and him as second only. It was a fine evening to be sure but as they all toasted to them, he dropped his glass as she did her and caught her. The suddeness of it seemed more than a bit suspicious and he held onto her as she stumbled. Bending his head down he said in a low tone "Is somthing troubling you Kigra?" this istuation suddenly stank wit the smell of potential assassination, he rarely went to gallas because everytime he did, they always seemed amply ready to try some form of poisoning or banishment spell without warning. This time, being clever to there tricks, he reached his tail under his cloak and removed a vial of antidote that would cure most poisons and temporarily halt any that it didnt cure.

Damascos wasted no time in leaving, taking Kigra in his arms he walks straight to and past the entry doors. It was all the guards could do to open it enough to let him out as he marched outside without hesitance. One there, great wings opened and he was in the air and across the city. The fates home was no viewable from where he was, nor was the evidence of Hadriens war. Back in his castle, he finaly set her to her feet saying " If you feel anymore pain let me know, theres no reason for you too be feeling this way so soon darling one" he seemed both concerned and confident in her at the same time as he spoke.

Pulling off his dark cloak and the partialy armor outfit he wore t othe ball, Damascos nodded his agreement and slithered into bed. That fate seemed as if she had goen off on her own as they often did but he felt confident that she would keep doing her job, on the off chance her mystical eye failed him, he knew of ways to make her pay. It was often nothing more harsh than killing or torturing but with immortals, the best way was to steal there powers and immortality, leaving them pitifuly weak in the world. Such things however fled his mind as he looked down at his sweet Kigra in bed, glancing down at her stomach as he kept doing and imagining a child that would appear one day.
