ROY/ED, Roy/Ed, and some more Roy/Ed. -shifty eyes- Ok, and... Roy/Hughes because it's angsty, and... um... Ling/Ed is not that far behind.

Hentai; I Googled it when I was 12 to see what it meant. Sadly, after that, I've lost any liking that I may've had for it. rofl

[.Hoho-papa.] Yao Ling Letishia *worships* I'm a het fan mostly, but yaoi's pretty hot. Of course, it depends on how well written a yaoi fic is. Sometimes, pairings I think are insane at first don't seem that unlikely when a really good fic is read about them. In the yaoi department FMA-wise, I only really ship Elricest. So if you want to convince me of a ship, you're gonna have to reccommend some pretty good fanfiction. xd Girl,
I have converted many a het fan.

I happen to hate yaoi with a passion, which is why I've avoided posting here until now. I fail to see the appeal, and I fail to see how everyone can get hot over something like RoyEd, which, I have been known to adamantly detest.
...Though now that I like RoyWinry, I can't really talk...then again, I actually see that one working. I'll only support a pairing if I can see it working out in some way, or better yet, it being canon.
Try to convert me to love the hot buttsechs of RoyEd. cool

I don't particularly want to be converted.
I just wanna see if she's as good as a converter to yaoism as others say she is. If I happen to be converted, then so be it. I won't say that I can't be converted, since I don't know, for sure.

Of course! The anime is over, and it's still going. I don't think all the people still here are just manga fans. :3

Oh boy this is gonna get good.I'm not a Yaoi lover either and every female otaku I see generally is also a Yaoi fan.I find it gross.Me,Hoho,and Aoi so far are the only otakus I met that isn't a Yaoi fan,

Well, let's get this out of the way.
When you say yaoi, do you mean it to refer to all gay anime men media?
Because the word yaoi is for hardcore male anime porn, made by women, for women. THAT'S what I assume you mean whenever you say yaoi.
Because I'll say right now that I don't look at porn. Artistic nudity, yes, but not pornographic material. (La Blue Girl being an exception, it looks somewhat interesting...)
I have no problem with shounen-ai/BL, the more mushy side of it, at all. I've been known to peek at Loveless on occasion, but that's more shoujo than anything.
So, no. I refuse to look at yaoi, yuri, hentai, or anything sexually explicit. Now shounen-ai, shoujo-ai, and your typical het romance, I have no problem with, so long as it isn't explicit. (Though I did read volume 7 of the Saikano manga once...)
And slash? No, just no. I'll only support a slash pairing if it looks like it'll work out, which is why I support the slash I support. But most of it has nearly ruined a series for me.
And I sincerely hope you don't mean to imply that all people who dislike yaoi are homophobic. I have a friend who's mother is lesbian (actually, alot of her family is gay and/or lesbian, and she has no problems with it) and she hates yaoi. And I am anything BUT homophobic, and I dislike yaoi. So I certainly hope that's not your general assumption of all yaoi dislikers. ;/

But with every Jeep I see....Well said. 3nodding I'm actually (for the most part) the same way. Sometimes I think everyone (myself included) uses shounen ai and yaoi as synonyms, but they're really not, and we need to remember that. So yeah. mrgreen my broken heart still skips a beat...

I am not a homophobe. That aside, I just do not find same-sex relationships attractive. I also refuse to watch hentai, yaoi, and yuri, because it's all simply pornography in the end.
However, I don't mind the fluffy shounen-ai/shoujo-ai. (Though Gravitation and Loveless bored me to death. I've read/watched a little of each.) I'll read some doujins of slash pairings just to amuse myself. I also kid around with my friends a lot about it as well.
Yaoi fails to interest me. And for that matter, so does any other sort of pornography.

^ That might be a good idea. Too many people will be like "OMG EW YOU WATCH PR0N" when in reality they just may be referring to mushy stuff.
XD I'm a sucker for cuteness too. Just not porn. ;/ And it's understandable -- shounen-ai takes awhile to type out, and BL still hasn't caught on, so alot of people just call it yaoi. Though obviously it leads to alot of confusion...
