Kasai's head shot over at him as he slid into the bathroom and she blushed even more. She set the picture back down on the desk and plopped down onto the couch. The piles of keys on the cushion caught her eye and she began to fiddle through them. She pulled out the one labeled desk drawer and her eyes flashed from the desk to the key in her hand and back again.
"Hmm..." Kasai stood up and walked over the the desk. She unlocked the drawer and pulled it open. In the drawer was an old scroll and a leather bound journal. She poked at the scroll for a few seconds, then pulled out the journal. Once again she sat down on the couch and flipped the journal open to a page.

my First day at tenshi.
Weather: Pretty good.
Mood: pretty okay, considering im moving somewheer new.
Today was awesome! I met this really cute/cool chicky named Kasai. She seemed a bit shy at first, but she turned out to be rather cool. I befriended her. I might take her out for the night too!

Sounds came from the restroom, the shower was being turned on. Ginseku stepped into the warmth happily. He cleansed himself, washing away the filth.
Second day at tenshi.
weather: nice.
Mood: Horrible.
Today was okay, but i still feel really bad about messing up the night. But what was i supposed to do about a werewolf? Kill it? Thats like killing my own brother! Still..I need to figure out what im gonna do to make it up to Sai.

Ginseku washed his hair happily, then rinsed it. a few minutes passed as he stpped out of the shower and dried himself off. He walked into his closet, rummaging through it.
Third day at tenshi: *Test Day*
weather: moderate.
mood: Nervous.
I cant believe what the hell i had to fight today! a wannabe king freakin kong!
HE kicked my a** around pretty good. I blacked out for a bit. I remembered random things, but i think that The last thing i saw before i woke up was that time that sai laid her head on my shoulder at the dance. Then i beat the crap out of him! Whoosh...I need to go take a nap, all this blood is dripping. till my next entry!
the blood part was obvious, because there were huge blotches of red all over the page. Ginseku came back out of the closet with his Outlaw jeans on, and a towel draped over his shoulder to hide the tremendous injury that he had there.he had his arms crossed too, to hisde the injry on his bicep. He walked over to Sai, then gasped When he saw his journal in his hand. The towel fell to the floor, and his arms dropped. His injuries became obvious. He looked down, his hair shadowing his eyes.

Kasai looked up as Ginseku stepped out of the bathroom. She could tell he was upset, but it didn't phase her. She simply set the journal down and walked over to him. She picked up the towel off the floor and placed it on his damp hair, rubbing it dry gently.
"Don't worry... Its not like king kong is going to come back for you..." She smiled at him
"And it looks like you need more of that ointment..." She let got of the towel and let it hang on his head, then started rummaging through her kimono sleeve.

"...No. No thank you."
HE took the towel off of his head, and picked up his journal. He put it inside of his drawer, shut it, and put his key in the hole. He snapped his fingers, transmuting the lock mechanism and the key to change them. he pulled the key out. This was his standard safety procedure. he then moved to his bed, slipped into it without a word, and faced the wall.

Kasai followed him to the bed and sat down behind him. She reached her hand out and began to stroke his damp hair, humming an elven lullaby. He was pouting now, just like the children back at her home town, that much she could tell. For some reason she couldn't get the smile off her face.

"Sai, Dont EVER do something like that again."
Ginseku sharply said, in a slightly reproachful tone.
"That journal is personal to me...someone i care deeply about gave it to me. Its the only thing i can release myself into."
His voice now had a slight hint of sadness in it.

"My curiosity got the better of me, and for that I am sorry." Kasai sounded more mature now. Ginseku's scoldeing had no affect on her repose. She continued to stroke his hair, and after her apology, she continued the lullaby. But her mind wandered. 'It was probably that Ryuka girl who gave it to him. That would explain why he reacted so badly.'

"You are welcome. And, now that you are better, I'll leave you to your sleep." Kasai rose stoically, and headed for the door, but stopped when she felt a tug on her kimono.

Ginseku reached out for sai, just barely gripping the back of her kimono.
"Please don't go....I want you..to stay here for the night. please?...."

Kasai looked back at him, trying to conceal her shock.
"But... I don't think that's allowed." She sputtered out the first excuse that came to mind. She didn't want him to know how delighted she was beneath her stoic face.

"Ok! Just for you! But... Where will I sleep?" She looked around the room puzzled and spotted the couch. The king sized bed never crossed her mind.

He slipped out of bed slowly, and pulled a large black blanket out from under his bed.
He looked at his couch, and moved over to it slowly.

Kasai scooched under the covers then watched Ginseku try and arrange himself on the couch. She ended up bursting out in the giggles.
"I don't think you'll fit on your couch very well. Come back over here. Plus, it's much more comfortable!"
