Pretty much any modernist writer (T.S. Eliot, Ezra Pound, and the like) who were adventurous writers, but flirted with fascism.

Personally, I hate Christian Bale as a person because he always ALWAYS gives off 'a*****e' vibes (does that even make sense?) even from the first role I saw him in years and years ago (Newsies). But I can't deny that the man is devastatingly talented. I mean... stuff like The Machinist and his role as the new Batman? Talk about perfection! And of course, American Psycho. I can't stand the man, but I can't help but watch him on screen because he's so damn good. stressed

I don't like Taylor Swift at all, but then she came out with that one song. "Teardrops on my Guitar" that is the only song that I like by her, otherwise her music makes me turn off the radio

Okay, I really couldn't think of much with this topic although I know there's probably a million examples that haven't crossed my mind.
Generally, I strongly dislike scary/suspense movies-they screw me up. One movie I did like though was Ghost Ship. I was really enticed by the whole plot-a boat that had been lost at sea for many years, having a history where all the passengers were murdered by the crew because they wanted to get their hands on stowed gold. The visuals were of course disturbing, but more so made me wonder how close the plot was to a real story. I did a vague search on wikipedia under 'ghost ship,' and it pulled up a list of ships that had been found either completely abandoned, or with a dead crew. The crew had died from natural causes (cold weather), so it wasn't very close to the plot of Ghost Ship. It would be horrifying to experience anything similar to what happened in that movie when it came to the flashback scenes!
