Having it filmed in the UK you would think would be cheeper...enless they come to canada.I think they should stick as close as posible to the actual story since the only fans they have right now are the ones that have read the books.

I rekon it would would be better if the rating was higher so it could have all the gore of the books, but i suppose this way more people will see it, which is good

i kinda annoyed that their going to combine 3 books....but if they made 1 for each it would b 2 many movies razz

Also for those that are interested Darren Shan himself has said he may in 2010 make a sequal to one of his series he says he's deciding to make a sequel to ether Cirque du Freak Series or the Demonta. I believe from what I read it seems like he's planning on going back to the Cirque du Freak series but only he knows what he's going to do. I found that info on his blog on myspace (yes he has a myspace page). It was in one of his blogs from last month.
