Kamataro grabbed one of his mercenaries. "play 'scourge: verse one. that will cause our men to back off as well."
He turned to the Imperial troop, extending his hand. "The name's Genno. I'm an officer in this mercenary army."

"I have a question before we begin negotiating. May I speak with the king? I know him as a personal friend, and, wrongly assumed that my prescence would change his mind on his decision. I would like to know what he is planning. You may have my weapons upon entering His Majesty's chambers."

Genno follows, bringing with him one of his troops. He follows them to the castle and hands over his and his troop's weapons.

"Allow me to answer if you will, Your Majesty." Genno bowed.
"We are aquaintences of long ago, My Lord," he began. "Why do you place such a burden on these people? Why allow these laws that kill their families?"
The King looked, unknowingly, at Genno.
"You claim us aquaintences? HA! Throw this mercenary scum into the dungeons to rot." the King replied.
"b*****d" Genno growled. "You know me! Why do you not meet the eyes of your son?!" he yelled.
As three brutish guards surrounded Genno and his escort. They took up hand-to-hand stances and waited.

The thugs closed in on Genno and his escort. Genno's leg caught one in the stomach, doubling him over. He caught the other one in the jaw with his elbow, and his aide took care of the last woth a swift chop. When more guards showed up, Genno took another out, his aide stealing one of the fallen guard's clubs and taking three out.
"Rayne, leave now." Genno roared ad he drove his foot into one of the guards noses.
"Yes, Sir" a forlorn yet oddly feminine voice called from under the helm of his aide. The aide jumped out of a window and was lost from sight. Seeing that there was one guard left, Genno surrendered and was taken to the dungeon.

darknaru Naru started the battle taking nothing but her sword out she liked to have fun in her battles. ((theres no battle now))

"I wanted to see my father again. That wasn't him... so I hope the dungeon is more telling than this man who claims to be my father."
They came up to a cell, but Genno insisted they keep moving. When they came to the end, Genno asked to look inside, where a brutal torture chamber was set up. He came across a body and noted a ring. He took it and secreted it in his pocket.
"Alright, find a cell and lock me up." he said. "Can't find my father."

sigfried took genno to a cell and chained him to the wall"you were a good rival but now the king wants the destruction of the village even more"

"He's not the real king." Genno stated "Only the king's ring could do this!"
Genno mutters something unintellegible and a mini wave ripples the chains, shattering them. "One of my father's aides dressed as him and now lies dead in the torture chamber. He had father's ring that serves many uses, one of which I will now demonstrate."
Muttering something else, Genno slams his hand into the wall, creating a wave in the wall that causes it to burst outwards, also reducing the ring to a sapphire colored dust. He then jumps through the opening.
"You'll be welcomed on our side of this fight!" Genno yells. "My regiment will be defending while my aide and I find my Father!"
He meets his aide, and the two of them take off into the wilderness.
