my goodness... i would usually overlook Miyavi at the record store, but i got curious... so yeah... my curiousity got the best of me last night and i Youtubed the keywords "Miyavi pv"... i clicked the first pv and it was "Jiko Ai, Jiganjisan, Jiishiki kajou (instrumental)/Selfish Love "... god i love the blues/rock vibe from that vid. so i got even more curious if this is his sound... moves on to 2nd pv... it's "Ashita Genki ni Naare"... deep love for that song... so relaxing with a bit of evoke-ion of happiness (which i'm sure that's the point of that song). i think i may come to like his songs... but i'm not much of a fan of his scream-songs, but that's a general dislike of mine. i'm partical to looks, but his ballad/soft sounds i like. i think he does well in softer acoustic sounds. ^_^ if he has more songs like that, can anyone recommend me to some? i found "ashita tenki ni naare" which i like too. ^_^ please and thank you!

He does acoustic versions of things alot, doesn't he? I know that on the single for Senor Senora Senorita there is this really pretty great acoustic version of the song. I think I almost like that version better than the original.
If you liked Selfish Love... I'd recommend Kimi ni Negai Wo. It is adorable... lol

I still say the boy suffers from Adult Attention Deficent Disorder (however it's spelt). He cannot sit still for two friggin minutes. I watched Oresama at my friends house since she has a japanese dvd player (lucky wench). And I was just amazed at his energy. I was exhuasted just watching him but I will give him credit for one thing, he can play a guitar like it's no one's buisness!! I was in awe of his skill.
And I do love his music, his voice is very unique. I liked him as Miyabi but I love him more as Miyavi.

Coby, Apex or something. they play all DVDs and VCDs. you can purchase them in... Chinatowns... or "Asia-towns"... ebay what-have-you. but back on the subject of MYV/Miyavi/Miyabi... his guitar skills are crazy. i love it. blaugh
