dragn99 Oh, the answer to that is quite simple. Im sure we're all familiar with what a black hole is yes? Something that sucks everything away forever. Well, inside his head is a white hole, something thats completly opposite. So, rather than sucking everything in, it pushes it away, however, because his skull bone is too thick, it cannot be broken or removed, so it is simply stretched to its maximum capacity.

Actually, your eyes have deceived you.
For that is actually not a hat at all *gasp*
It's hair!
You see, expert hairdressers/weavers have used a special glue like gel in his hair, then weaved it tightly into the shape of a hat, thereby giving him a fasionable accessory that won't be lost by a large gust of wind.
