"I can in fact take to to the outside of the city, but I won't do more than that, for I am not welcomed there, come on" he said as he started walking in the direction behind them "we'll be walking about an hour, or whatever you prefer..." he said quietly

Mira stood up slowly and looked around her. It was quiet except for the occasional cricket chirp. It seemed like it had been so long since she had seen another being. Though she didn't like getting involved with people because something usually happened to them and she was lonely. "I need to go pray at the Forgotten Temple to clear my head.... The bird of change is drawing near, I can feel it." She began walking across the field and right before she entered the forest a cloud changed and took the shape of her.

"I'll walk. and thank you."She walked slowly behind him and thought about what he said.'He is not welcome there. No wonder. From what i've heard from my parents, the demons took the child. i wouldn't blaim the rulers of the Angelic City to not let him in. Even if he is kind and helpful.'She thought.

Shadows danced aross Mira's figure as she walked through the trees. With every step the forest became denser until it was so thick, no light could reach the forest floor. For most beings they would have ran into trees and the strange plants that grow in the darkness but Mira was connected with darkness so she could see as clearly as day. It remained dark like this for about a mile before thining out and giving way to the bright moon light. The temple wasn't far off.

'she seemed tense at first, but looks like she calmed down' he thought glancing back to make sure she kept up. Seeing that she was close enough, he turned back around and continued walking 'she has a great angels glow...'

Natilie couldn't say nothing for the time being. For she had really nothing to say. The thought that struck her she knew would start a fight, and she was not ready to fight a boy near her own age. 'Who knows...He might be stronger than me.'She caught him looking at her, then she slightly blushed.

'its been a half hour, she's been silent, along with myself' he thought keeping his look on the path ahead, he started to venture a little off the track, but for a good purpose

It was mostly grass lands till she reached the temple. The tall grass swayed in the sea breeze filled with salt and carrying the crys of sea gulls. The grass it's self looked like a giant green sea with waves rolling across the surface. Fireflies bussed by her head and the moonlight made her herself look like a giant firefly with her dress reflecting the glow of the moon. If anyone crossed her path there was little to no hope of hiding. It would be dangerous if it weren'y for the fact that few people took this route to the crumbling temple anymore. As she looked off to the right she could see a small speck of light that was the great angelic city. With a sigh she returned her attention ahead of her. ' Why do I feel like I belong there?' She thought with her gaze slipping back toward the speck of light.

the full hour had passed, and they stood in front of the Great Angelic City, he turned to the one following him, and waited for her to catch up, she wasn't far behind, but behind him he heard the gaurds of the city talking "What are you doing here demon, why would you come to this Angelic city?" "What's it matter to you, I'm just escorting apparently a lost angel, though I know I can't exceed the city limits, you have no right to talk to me in that way" he said turning to them when he talked, then turned back around to wait for his companion, well, sort of.

Natilie had caught up and heard what the guards were saying."Excuse me? Why are you treating him like that? Why because he's a demon? and that he was a few paces ahead of me? All he was doing was helping me find my way back home. Give him a break...Thank you Rein. If there's anything i can do for you, just ask. or send a letter to these guys and i'll make sure they send it to me, un-opened."She glared at them then."i want no trouble. My father is a very advanced doctoring angel. Will you help me locate him here in the city? That way i know i can return home. Good bye, Rein. I'm so lucky to have you help me, i hope it wasn't any trouble...?"She had turned in his direction then.

She felt at the locket around her kneck as she walked towards the outline of the forgotten temple. The first rays of the morning sun were peeking up behind the near by cliffs giving a firy, orange glow to the sky. Such mornings were often on the day of a battle. Details could now be seen and in but few minutes she would be in the temple. She let out a sigh in aw as the size of the temple became clear. The temple was quite acient and was slowly falling apart but it still was as beautiful as she remembered it. " A reminder of the past...." She said moving her fingures over some of the old stone.

~Natilie nodded and stood there impatiently waiting for the guard to escort her to her father. He seemed to have hesitated for a second. He led her to a door where he changed guard and had her follow him the rest of the way. They passed streets that were empty, and homes with lights on. She gazed at the beautiful sight and sighed with relief of almost being home. Then the most unexpected thing happened. Two cloaked figures came and ambushed the guard. Natilie rushed to safety behind a wall, hoping she wasn't spotted. She was breathing heavily. 'oh....my...gosh! that poor man!'She thought. 'I've gotta find Rein!'When she was about to turn and run a hand grabbed her shoulder. Shivers went up her spin and she didn't dare look behind her as she was binded, wings, feet, hands, and mouth.'oh no!'~

He levitated himself, using his mind, this was a skill he developed from practice, he had a bad feeling, he wasn't far from the village, and decided to fly over, he saw something he had no idea even happened in the village, two cloaked figures were binding a few people, he flew down for a closer look, only to see it was the one he helped earlier, the two figures were now also lifted into the air, he forced the cloakes of their hood off, to see that they were his same race "Now we don't want a bad reputation to the angels" he said coldly "So I will deal with you" the cloaked figures were thrown hard and sharp to the ground, he rushed down to untie the womon he helped earlier "Strange hunch led me here, over this city, and seems that...well nevermind, I don't like to brag" he said as he was knocked on the head, and forced to the ground

Mira kneeled next to the ever churning sacred waters and chanted something with her eyes closed. For a moment there was only silence then the water began rising and falling several times before shooting up and as it fell became the figure of a younge man about Mira's age. He was slightly tall and very skinny with somewhat extravagent clothing that was made of ice. His hair was short and large ice wings sprouted from his back. The man glistened in the growing daylight as he looked down upon Mira with eyes that had small pieces of ice as pupil. " Why have you come here Mira?" He asked in a distant voice that echoed off the ancient walls surrounding them. " I needed to speak with you... I sense that there is going to be a great change and I fear with the king and queen in their elder age it is their death. I fear soon hell will once again break forth on the world. Tell me have the elders said anything of the bir of change taking flight soon?" Mira asked looking into the figures eyes. " I'm afraid I can not say. There has been rumor but nothing has been confirmed." The figure smiled down at her. " I see you haven't changed much, still denying that peace can't be restored?" Mira frowned at him. "Peace can be restored and it will! It's just going to take some time... you'll see!" She said anger shaking her voice. " Yes you still haven't changed... I guess I have to respect that and it's the same reason I fought with you to the death. So Mira how many battles have you fought since that day?" He asked with one of his watery eyebrows raised. " None..." She said looking down. He smiled down at her. " You know that you'll hae to one day but I think you also know that will be the day you bring peace to the lands just as the prophacy said. So until that day I wish you good luck." The man said and disolved back into the sacred water and the ice melting. " Good bye..." Mira whispered looking into the water.
