No human, The Zurg Nation and Emperor Zurg show no relation. He is just named after our race for some strange reason. Emperor Zurg is NOT Emperor of the Zurg, However i can tell you that the relationship between Emperor Zurg and Buzz Lightyear is that they are related. Emperor Zurg is really Buzz Lightyear's Father.
