The Chinese Zodiac story is cute, but I think you could elaborate on it a little more. Why aren't Ox and Sheep good friends? Why is Tiger the only one to confront Rat about his unkind tactics? Also, a Fa'e is reborn from a mythological figure who died somehow, and was given a second chance at life for whatever reason. How did the Sheep die? And what did he left unfinished, or what regret did he leave behind when he passed? Why is the Sheep in particular being reborn?

Also, there seems to be some conflict between his personality and fears/weaknesses sections about manipulation. On one hand, you say that he does not submit easily to other people, but then you say he is easily bribed. You should pick one or the other, and elaborate on it. Is he really difficult to convince if you just debate with him, but has a weakness for gifts? Is he rather resistant to both methods? Or is he really sheep-like, and prone to follow anyone around him?

I would also be interested to see more about Puhari's own manipulative side. Is he genuinely good at manipulating others, or does he just parrot the things other people have tried on him? Does his own being manipulative make it more difficult for others to sway him?

As far as his powers go, is the "Charm" ability as a baby just his natural baby cuteness, or is there more of a magical force behind it? If it is magical, why does the Sheep possess this? Also,
