About a year ago, I found a James Maddison quote to use for a debate case, which I came across again today. Here it is (along with a few more of his quotes).

Those are excellent quotes Garra... quotes that should be plastered over all the news, tabloids, papers, walls, so that everyone in this country can seem them.
Here's a quote from an awesome book called The Book Thief: Death People observe the colors of a day only at its beginnings and ends, but to me it's quite clear that a day merges through a multitude of shades and intonations, with each passing moment. A single hour can consist of thousands of different colors. Waxy yellows, cloud-spat blues. Murky darknesses. In my line of work, I make it a point to notice them.
This book is full of beautiful prose. Death Here is a small fact: you are going to die. I am in all truthfulness attempting to be cheerful about this whole topic, though most people find themselves hindered in believing me, no matter my protestations. Please, trust me. If you guys have read Journey Home in the main Forum, this quote will sound very familliar to you.
I am firmly convinced that those who have left the table of the Lord did not ever completely understand what happens on the altar. There is no sermon so spellbinding, no music so uplifting, and no fellowship so endearing that could ever replace receiving the body and blood of Jesus Christ! There is no substitute for it and those who fully understand it could not live without it.

I absolutely love this quote, especially for the part that I bolded. Those who fully understand the Eucharist could not live without it. He doesn't say that people who understand the Eucharist would not live without it, but that they could not live without it. I fully and most heartily agree with him.

Have you actually seen Jesus Christ Superstar? Because the scene with Simon and the Zealotes is basically a violent revolt against the Romans, followed by Jesus chastising Simon for his violent methods. The part you quoted is their rally cry and is supossed to be highly ironic since they're basically beating people up in the name of Christ.
