Slowly, another form slid into the lair, makeshift broom in hand, visibely having finished cleaning one of the others room. The sight of her son made her smile.
"Homer, darling !" She said, letting the broom in a corner, and approching. Taking care of a blind child had not need that easy to learn - but it was becoming easier as the habit of speaking more than gesturing setteled in.

Kryssik watched the interaction, offering no interferance but noticing Homer's reaction was a bit sour. His tail lashed a bit as the rose was offered, able to catch faint whiffs of its scent from where he sat and he wondered how the dracling would recieve it.
He sighed a bit restlessly and looked outside where the sun was already sitting low in the sky. He had spent all day here and would need to be heading out to get at least a bit of foraging done, but he didn't want to walk out at the moment without telling Homer he was going.
((gonna need to crash soon =_= ))

Scowls all the moreso as she comes nearer, jerking his hand out to slap the rose away from him. "I don't want to smell it! GO AWAY!" He was a brat, yes, but he didn't like that she'd been so quick to touch him without his permission; just an anxiety of his, so to speak. He folds his arms stubbornly across his chest, turning his back on her.
However, when he hears his mother's voice, he instantly perks up, struggling to get to his feet and bounding over to her with an almost strange innate sense of direction. He leaps up to hop into her arms, wrapping his body around hers, his head tucking into her neck. He huffles, lightly, not at all happy it seems.

Kura sighed, apparently there was no point in trying to become friends with Homer. He obviously didn't want to associate with her which made her rather upset, becuase he had seemed so nice. She then got up, leaving the rose in Homer's lap, waved goodbye to Kryssik, and turned around and left.

Kismet sat sipping some tea, having long since learned to ignore the various screaming and commotion that could be commonplace in the lair. In fact, the background noise was somewhat comforting. If there weren't still things he wished to do, he might just curl up there and take a nap.

"Shhh..." Visibely maternal instinct kicked in, as she held him tight and ran an hand trough his hairs in a soothing motion. "What's wrong, sweetie ?"

She was very angry at Homer, but she knew in a way it wasn't really his fault. But she still couldn't help the anger building up inside her and she had no wish to show anyone the rage of a black FD. Homer wasn't the only one with anxiety issues, so was Kura.(read profile) She was trying to get over her panic attacks/anxiety and such, but Homer definitely wasn't helping that. Thoroughly giving up, She walked past Kismet and his tea to her own lair where she planned on sitting most of the time from now on. She had made progress with her anxiety, but Homer was now a setback. She curled herself up into a little ball on her bed and tears began to flow down her face. "I never liked him anyway. hmph" She then cried herself to sleep.

Kryssik watched the display with a degree of sadness, offering Kura a small wave as she left and sighing. He wasn't sure -who- to feel sorry for. As he watched Homer bound into his mother's arms, he got up from where he'd been sitting and approached Sprite, just long enough to signal to her that he must be going.
He pointed to Homer as well: Please tell him
The green felt it was better that way, not wanting to upset the dracling further with more touch when he was already angry. Perhaps they would meet again another time
Padding out of the main chamber, he retired to his lair to retrieve his satchel once more, and then headed for the outside to resume his gathering.

"Nothing. I made a friend though, mother!" He sounded terribly excited about that, even if he had just been frustrated. "His name is Kryssik!" He was unaware that whom he speaks of is right there behind him, telling his mother that he must be leaving now. "He.. can't talk though." A little downtrodden, but a part of him is happy to know that he's not the only one with a problem. His head tilted up at her, looking at her face best where he can figure it is. "He says he might help me find a lair. Do I need one?" He's not sure..

"Awww, that's awsome ! You'll introduce him to me sometime, right ? I would love to meet him." She said nothing about the fact that he couldn't speak... But pondered how a blind and a mute dragon couls interact, trough quickly dismissing this tought. She would probabely see soon.
"Well, a lair is a very nice thing. It is about time that you get your own lair, as well... That's a nice gesture, he must be a really kind friend."
She watched as Kryssik left, nodding. She would need to thank him later.... Hopefully she will see him tommorow.

"Mrrrf." Kismet blew his bangs out of his face, seeing Kura go into her lair. Taking one more sip of his tea, he set it down. He placed a twig in the medicated tea so others would know not to take it.
Standing up, he stretched his wings and gave a smile and nod to Sprite. He hadn't seen her in a while and it would've been nice to talk. But instead he headed over to Kura's room.

"I like him. He's the only person who doesn't baby me or anything." Not that he didn't mind when his mother babied him; what child would? He just didn't like it when others did. His tail sways behind him and he nuzzles at her shoulder, churring in delight. "And yes, I will! I want him to meet you!" He turns his head to look behind him, as if that would prove anything before turning back to her. "Is he still here? Maybe you could meet him now!"
