UPDATE (11/20/2005):
There have been two new subforums purchased for the guild - an events subforum, and a subforum for the GFG magazine. The magazine subforum will be used for the publication of each issue of the GFG mag, and the events subforum will be used for events happening in the guild. We urge you to check both out and volunteer your services for the GFG mag, or for the upcoming Christmas event.

UPDATE, 1/26/2006
Hi guys,
Ive noticed that an increasing number of people apply here and then either do not actively come to the guild, or even come on Gaia for that matter.
From now on, all new members will be welcomed when their join applications are accepted. These new members have 1 month from when they joined to either post in the guild, or pm me saying that they've lurked here and there. I understand that not everyone posts all the time, and so there will be allowances for that, as aforementioned.
Also, from now on, if your account has not logged into Gaia in over 1 month, you will be removed from the guild, unless you inform us that you will be absent and would like to remain in the guild for when you come back. If you are unintentionally absent for over 1 month, you can re-apply for membership, and just let us know that you had been a previous member, and we will gladly re-admit you.
In addition to the above new procedures, I will be keeping and updating a list of the number of posts each person currently has in the guild. If your post count does not change in 1 months time, you will be sent a warning pm saying that you will be removed for inactivity. If you should desire, you can remove yourself from the guild. If you lurk, please let me know in response to that pm that you lurk, but you are active in the guild. All members failing to reply to the pm, or change their post count will be removed.
We are doing this because we need an accurate count of active members so we can plan guild events in the future. We do not want to plan HUGE events if only 3 or 4 users will show up. Similarly, we dont want to make one contest if 50 or so users are going to show up to an event.
As always, any feedback you may have can be posted in this thread, or pm-ed to me if you feel it is too personal to post in the thread.

Renaela This is what it comes down to;
Members Banned: 215
Members Active within the past month: 36
Members PM-ed: 44
The people who were pm-ed were members who had been fairly active in the past, usually with post counts over 50, that havent been active in the past month. These users have 1 week to post, or they will be banned from the guild as well.
New Members since previous month's list: 14
I still have join requests to process. Any mods, please, if you let people in, let me know their username, and what date you let them in...Im trying to keep an updated list here. :3
We may move the inactivity bannings to every 2 months or so, I just felt we needed to do this one now in order to plan the guild anniversary event.
Thanks for everyone's cooperation and support, a thread on a member drive should be up once I can think properly again xD

update.. march/april 2007
Been working on getting the GFG Magazine up and running smoothly, not quite there yet however. My next goals is to get the charity updated.
