Umm... no? I mean maybe?
*with his hands at his sides, winged out slightly, Bolt turns both palms facing upward and concentrates a strong surge of current at either one, causing a large arching bolt of electricity to jump over his head, through his aura, from one hand to the other*
I've still got some tricks up my sleeve.
*floats back away from the very metal individual and down slightly as he concentrates the magnetic aura from his surging current below him, lifting five cars off the street*
