I sing, and I used to be in choir.I quitted choir because it was annoying, since half the people couldn't sing, and the teacher didn't really know what she was doing.

I sing counter tenor and a little bit of high tenor. I am quite a number of choirs and small music ensembles, including some of which that pay me. Everything early music, romantic, and classical. Some modern stuff, but none of the pop or musical theatre.
I've been studying privately for 8 years and had a conservatory performance schedule for 3.
For those of you who attest to musical theatre, I want to sit you down and teach you how to really sing. If I only I could do that for all of you.

I sing soprano in a choir outside of school. It's a good time; we sing with my city's symphony orchestra quite a bit. That means a lot to me since I also play violin. My training is quite excellent there despite the rarity of one-on-one practice time with the director.
It's awesome, I love to sing. Hopefully I can continue with it in the future.

Yeah, I sing. But who DOESN'T? I have been singing since I was about 3 years old. I have only gone one school year with out choir, and that was the year there was no teacher/no choir. I have been taking lessons for a few years...My voice part? HA! Who know. I sing anywhere from Tenor 1 to Soprano 1. If any one is a contralto, I would LOVE to meet you!!

Yeah I love singing. I'm in two school choirs - Concert choir (any grade) and Senior Vocal Group (grades 10 - 12, which is really hard to get into coz it's the best of the best. I was sooooooo excited when I got in, so was everyone else who joined this year) and I sing soprano in both, although I can't reach overly high notes. the highest note I can reach is probably a G above high C, but only just. I also sing at my church.
