I know what you mean, about the PMs. I don't get them as much anymore. I think the last really bad one was from a friend of my sister.

i never got the pms, but im sick of the chat speak. I just pretend i dont understand what they are saying. It especially grinds my nerves in games online: too many "plz's" and "u" and "r" 's begin to GET to you.

Oh GOD yes. I run a guild for the band Gorillaz, and one of the rules is that no chat/net/whatever speak is allowed. Thankfully I have a mod who is as a**l about these things as I am and we have no problem locking a thread and leaving it around for everyone to see that someone can't read and follow rules.

Mean? Maybe... but effective thus far.
