“Mugen please.. I just need to talk this out with you; I do… love you… but I can not be with you until you understand that I am not going around looking for someone else…”
*As she spoke the female dog nuzzled herself against him and softly let her eyes close. Her paws laced over his back as she held him to the ground and spoke.*
“Please… settle down so I can speak to you… listen to me.”
*With a soft tone she spoke to him, trying her best to show that she wasn’t trying to be hurtful; but she knew they couldn’t be if they both feared losing one another. Nothing good would come from fearing.*
“…I love you; I just need for us to stop this worrying- we both worry and fear too much, today I thought you had found someone… and here you are fearing I found someone… how can we be if we both do not trust one another?”
*As she spoke she softly licked the back of his head and sighed.*
“We have to be able to trust one another or we will crumble..”

Mugen was trying to calm down, he could feel her get closer to him, then her paced around his back, holding him down on the ground. She said it, said she loved him, but said she couldn't be with him. How was he supposed to know she hadn't gone looking for another? He never knew she felt the same for him, they never really showed it to eachother. So he worried, it was normal...wasn't it?
He was listeing, but it was hard, he moved his paws so they didn't cover his ears, but they still covered his eyes, he was trying to make the tears stop coming, Eira being close was helping that, and the shaking had subsided for the most part.
"But I didn't know you worried or feared....you've always bee so strong...I never knew, so I was afraid... I do trust you I just...just wanted you to be happy..." he had already felt like he had crumbled bit on the inside, but he wouldn't say it. He was recouperating from his "fall" even then.
"What do I have to do Eira? To show you I trust you, care for you and love you...just tell me what to do..."

“Shhh… you don’t need to do anything… just relax… trust me when I say I care for you… I will not go anywhere, I promise.”
*Eira wasn’t looking for anything to gain when she told him she also loved him; no. She simply wanted him to know, even if things seemed rocky now she would always be with him. He was her other half after all. She never wanted to lose him.
He made her into a better being and for that she adored him.*
“I just want you to be yourself and smile for me..”

Mugen took some deep breaths, tried to calm himself down, calm his irratically beating heart. If he didn't clam down he was going to hurt himself, even if he didn't want to, even if he was just expressing his feelings. After a few moments he stayed quiet, draped in utter silence, closing his eyes, resting his head on his paws.
He could see it again, the clouds, his wings, Eira was there too, she had wings, but they were outline clearly, fague mist upon her back, she couldn't see them yet, once she did, she could fly with him in the place too,
"I wish you could see it..." he mumbled and mused to himself, a smile on his face as he knew Eira was beside him, with him, in his dreams and in reality. She was here, never to go.
He opened his eyes and his fantasy was gone of his wings spreading out, he turned himself around a bit, she was still perched halfway on his back, and he smiled and nuzzled her cheek. He wrapped his free arm and paw around her back to give her a weird type of hug, "I'm sorry, I acted how I did..." he felt different somehow, less...foolish now. But it was a good feeling.

“Do not fret, I understand.”
*Eira spoke out as he apologized again. She was not upset with him, but she did feel that he way jumping to conclusions too quickly and if they were to actually be together… as mates, then he would really need to change his mind set. She was willing to try, because she cared.*
“Mugen… lets go now, alright? I need to take you to my new friend! She is very sweet, and has pups too!”

He nodded to her and smiled, tail wagging, things would get better, he would force himself to act better, not jump into a situation with a bad thought or feeling. Things would be different from now on, he had finally gotten to tell her what he had been hiding for so long.
Mugen's ears perked up as Eira said for them to go and see this friend, and she had pups? Yay! Perhaps they could all play together, he did enjoy becoming a pup again form time to time. He stood up and stretched his forelegs, tail wagging and he waited for her, "Alright then Eira, lead the way."
He would follow her wherever she would go.
