A MOUSEY MURDER

It was a dark quiet night, except for the loud, long ticking of the big grandfather clock i a large dark and creepy mansion. It was half past eleven and all was still, too still. At exactly eleven forty five there was a horrible shriek and then silence followed it. None of the mice in the clock thought much of it, then at promptly six thirty the next morning there was a shocked scream and a cry for help.

Mortimer Mouse was the very unlucky mouse to find Bella, the young beautiful mouse who had an aspiration to become an American Mouse star, lying dead murdered in the hallway to her room. Mortimer was shocked; he was the very last mouse to talk to Bella. The police came rushing to the scene of the crime. All of the mice who lived in the great big grand father clock were nervous. They were also in a huge shock about Bella, they had all hoped to see her in American Mouse, it seemed that no one wanted to be left alone after what happened to Bella. Little did they know, the murderer was lurking around with them watching his next victim.

After the police finally left about three days later, all of the mice relaxed quite a bit. A week went by without a murder, or signs of one, then one night it happened. Allea was a quiet, little mouse, who was very kind and thoughtful, and when she actually had something to say, it was kind or wise. But she was the next poor little victim. This time she did not give a shriek, but she died quietly. Poor Maggie her mother was the one who found her dead in her room.

all of the mice were afraid very afraid, then one night, there was one last gunshot then the clock was silent. The police found Timery, a brown mouse with a grudge against all of the mice murdered was dead.
