(Just lemme know if it's acceptable, I just put it together ^^)

Real Name: Tai Mizuki
Age: 18
Alias: None, he’s a newb ^^
Occupation: College Student
Citizenship: United States
Place of Birth: Japan
Known Relatives: Akira Asai (Mother), Masako Asai (Grandfather), Anko Asai (Little Sister)
Group Affiliation: None

Abilities: Standing 5’8”, the slender bodied boy can throw a bone shattering punch. He’s unnaturally strong, not lifting a bus in the air with one hand strong, but he if he struggled he could probably do so with a car. This also makes him fast, nothing too special though.

Tai comes from a typical family in Japan, living at a conveniently placed house near the shrine his grandfather tends. His mother is a secretary at one of Japan’s large industry buildings. His late father was like him though, different. He was strong like his son, but could also take the appearance of any human he’d ever had physical contact with, thus he made a living by thievery. He was killed though, on one of his “missions”. Thankfully for his family he was wearing a different face at his time of death. Still, Tai knew everything of his father, and swore that he’d bring honor back to the family name, by getting revenge on the superhero that murdered his father, and by living a better life.

Currently he is attending college in the United States with a scholarship. He was going for a medical degree, as his mother wished him to. His dreams were different though, and he’d seek those when the sun was down.

Her eyes caught a wandering guard. He reached for something in his belt.
Frost quickly sent sharp iceclies at him, but a little too late.
"Damn." she muttered under her breath. He had set off the alarm. She leapt up to the roof where she had entered, only to find it sealed right as she reached. the hallways were cut off and all doors locked. She was trapped in. She prepared her whip. no doubt they would send in their men to deal with her. The metal barricade in front of her slid open to allow one person entrance and slid slowly back shut. The Mysterious man drew out his katana. She narrowed her eyes.

Tai was walking down the dark streets of Gotham, his hands in his front pockets, gaze lowered so he wouldn’t catch the attention of anyone. He was wearing a black vest, once a jean jacket but the sleeves had been torn off. In all reality his knuckles were raw, and the ally that he had just left a minute ago laid two burglars, the police making their way to the scene of their disposal as usual, and very late to boot, that or he was getting good at this. He’d have to buy some really good gloves at this rate, anything to protect his knuckles from the punishment he put them through. He withdrew his left hand and brushed long locks of black hair from his face, his eyes making contact with a building surrounded by police cars only a block away. He shoved his hand back into his kaki cargo pants and began making his way towards the building, keeping to the shadows. He didn’t want to be seen after all, because his identity wasn’t really a secret, Tai having no disguise.

Crim sat on one of the tattered reclining chairs in the abandoned building in the slums, looking at everyone around her. There was more than a score of punks here, most of them mutants with little to no power, mostly bodily mutation that made them outcasts. Still, they were her colleagues, but you really never get to choose who you work with unless you’re at the top, and she wasn’t quite there yet. She raised a gloved hand and brushed hair from her face and with a sigh began to braid her dark brown locks, boredom quite evident by her blank expression. If only there was something to do, some moron to oppose The Dark Rose. Alas, she and Daverin had already made it quite clear that going against their group was futile and fatal. “Maybe... We should go out to play?” She didn’t speak very loudly, but everyone in the room turned their heads, smirking with their gaze upon her. Upon placing a hair band at the end of her braid she stood, stretched and look over to Daverin. “What do you think Thorn?”

"It's been far too long since the world's been brought to its knees," the lanky man said with a grin in his voice, his face covered by shadow. He sat above the others on a rotting staircase, his legs dangling over the little congregation, back propped against the wall casually.

Daverin leaned forward slightly, just enough to show his eyes, glittering in the dim light. "Let's eliminate a few vigilantes," he said quietly, "the hypocrites and liars, who kill according to their own whims and call it justice. I've recently received information," he nodded at a small woman below, who darted a frightened look at Crim, "which I was going to share with you later, but now seems as good a time as any. There's a new organization, one that threatens to overthrow our dominion, something ironically called Crimson DAWN. The authorities will be unable to interfer, since they're technically criminals as well. Plus, it'll be an excellent way to spend the next few evenings. With your approval," he said, bowing his head slightly to Crim, his eyes firmly on her though.

(Wow it never clicked before Crimson Dawn and Crimson Rose. LoL oh well, just gives me a reason to get down and dirty.)

Crim smirked. She liked their name, for it made her feel special. Not only that but it sent shivers down her spine as she stood. She stretched her arms high above her, the sound of cracking joints clear in the silence as everyone awaited the order. “We’ll move out. Everyone without painful talents keep to vandalism, theft, and breaking things in general. Draw attention to yourselves, but stay together. It’s a pain having to run about to kill the pigs you draw to yourselves.”

She bent backwards, creating a perfect arc with her back as her palms touched the ground on the other side, and she began to twist. The cracking only got louder, and a normal person’s spine would have broken by now, if they were even able to do what she was doing in the first place. “Everyone with powers keep to mugging. Remember though, don’t kill anyone unless they wear a badge or show signs of being a threat. Killing people who could fill out pockets with goodies again just sounds stupid.” She straightened herself and gave the crowd an icy glare, seeing them still standing about. “You heard you’re orders, get moving!”

Crim made her way through the enthused crowd of Roses over to Daverin, and as she walked over she removed the black satin gloves that adorned her hands and arms up to her elbows. “I think we’ll keep an eye out for any members of this “Crimson Dawn”, and play with them a little if they show up.” A devilish grin formed upon her face.

Even though Crimson DAWN was on a temporary hiatus as Dorothy and her staff scrambled to find reliable sources of information regarding possible recruits, Silver Cane aka Victoria Wells continued her night patrols. Victoria never shirked her duties as a DAWN member, always the first to arrive and the last to leave at any meeting, patrol, or other DAWN oriented activity. Even more so now since the detestation of the cities and the loss of her team members, Cane felt the terrible burden of guilt ride her shoulders.

But she pushed those thoughts aside as she paused on a rooftop, activity catching her well trained green orbs. She watched as a figure entered a building in a not-so-typical way and followed suit to see what this suspicious character would do. It didn't take long for Victoria to feel the vibrations of an alarm being set off. Being deaf, the hero couldn't hear the alarm, but she could feel the vibrations, not to mention the sudden flurry of shadows flitting below her from her perch in the rafters. Timing it just right, she dropped down between two guards, whipping out two of her retractable "canes" as she landed. It took the guards a second to realize someone not from their organization was intruding and they went for their weapons. However, Silver Cane couldn't allow them to do that and with a twirl of the right cane she knocked the guards gun from his hand and with the left cane she rapt it across the other's knuckles. Tsking, she waved a finger at the fellow before knocking him out with a punch.

Victoria then bolted down the hall in the direction the guards were running, taking care of any unwanted attention along the way. Eventually, she found herself in the room with her original quarry but it appeared the person had found some trouble of their own.

Daverin ducked his head slightly, then slid down to the ground floor. "As you command," he said, "glad my information could be of help." He stood there a moment, mulling over something in his head for quite some time, and when he finally spoke, it was deliberately, choosing his words carefully.

"With all respect Crim," he said, his tone genuinely deferent, "it's been a while since we've really fought for anything; your name intimidates most of the scum that lurks the local haunts. This new group is tough, we may incur heavy losses. I would suggest a spy, someone to infiltrate their ranks. But then," he said with a self-deprecating smile, "my answer is usually some sort of espionage. Your thoughts?"

(Sorry this post isn’t very good. I’m weaning myself back into RP.)

Crim took a step forward, her chest touching Daverin’s as she looked up to his eyes. She spoke softly, as if there were others still in the room, those that were not meant to hear her words. “It’s a good idea. The less we lose the better, and I couldn’t risk the chance of actually losing to a group who shares a common bond with me, now can I?” She turned around quickly and began walking away. “Do what you must, just make sure that we’re prepared. It’s okay to lose a few of our more pathetic members, but I’d like to keep everyone alive who have proven themselves useful in the past.”

Daverin remained rooted, respectfully waiting for Crim to leave before he moved. Swiftly, he walked up the rotting staircase to his room, a small alcove positioned perfectly to watch the immediate area. A sniper rifle leaned against a thin window, a testament to the man's constant vigilance. Despite the posted guards, he was his own sentinel, ready for an attack.

The room was spartan, filled only with the bare necessities. The only exception was his sprawling bookcase, filled with hundreds of books, well loved and dogeared. A bible, handled to the point of near destruction, lay placently on his thin bed, waiting for him.

He patted it gently as he sat down, opening his laptop. Quickly, he scanned all of his e-mail accounts, checking up on his contacts and usual internet haunts. His current set-up was based through an internet casino account, remarkably anonymous and nearly untraceable. Besides, talking in poker slang was great fun.

After his usual routine, he leaned back, considering his options. He'd been given approval to use a spy, but picking the appropriate candidate was difficult. Approaching a potential or new member was the optimal course of action, but if he was refused, the entire organization would be tipped off as to his intentions.

Putting a spy in now, as a new recruit, would be least likely to backfire, but it had to someone they could trust, as well as someone low profile. He could disguise himself, but his powers were too well known.

He paused for an instant, staring out the window. Yes, his powers were too well known, but he did have the perfect physical disguise. Davarin fingered a small ring he wore, his eyes strangely distant. Slowly, he pulled it off, and his visual countenance changed. An extremely disfigured man, covered with scars stood in his place, examining himself in a dirty mirror.

Groaning, he put the ring back on, and his skin smoothed itself out, the scars vanishing. Unbeknowest to the rest, Davarin's first experience with his powers had left him seriously disfigured, something he kept a very careful secret. The ring had been a gift, for such easily recognized agents were no use to espionage.

He did have the best disguise and his disappearance wouldn't be questioned. Crim's second in command was known to vanish on secret missions often, and for extended periods of time. Since The Dark Rose had shown no hostility towards the organization, there would be no reason for them to expect infiltration.

There was only one problem to resolve. He had to prove that he was worthy of their attention. He needed to become admitted without revealing his powers. His fighting ability was mostly dependent upon his powers; without them he would be mediocre at best.

Of course, he had other talents. He stared at his laptop, chewing his lip thoughtfully. With a sudden burst of energy, he dove in, diving as deeply as he could into the organization's system. Unfortunately, they were well protected against hackers; probing much further would reveal someone was looking.

Daverin pulled up a second laptop, a clean fresh one that he'd purchased under an assumed identity, one he'd stolen from a young man who'd died in an industrial accident. It'd taken a great deal of money, but he'd managed to convince the doctor that "Ryan Douglas" hadn't really died, just been horribly maimed.

"Time for Ryan's resurrection," he muttered, again diving into the organization's system. This time however, he pushed in, letting his computer be detected. The tracers would probably investigate (this was a government website after all), but only find young Ryan.

After making his hacking completely obvious, he sat back, pondering. It would be obvious to them that someone had been trying to spy on them, and their interest would be piqued. It was only a matter of time before they sent someone to Ryan's listed address, but whether they'd lock him up or employ him was unknown. However, if they were as desperate for recruits as his agents told him they were, they would take him in. It would be difficult, but if he played his cards right, he was sure he could do it.

He logged onto his other computer, writing a quick e-mail to Crim. "The wheels are in motion," he typed, "if all goes well, an agent will be placed within their ranks. Expect weekly reports on all progress, to be mailed at to this address. Show no aggression to the group, give them no reason to suspect anything has changed."

After finishing he stood up, tucking his second laptop under his arm, departing quickly. He left the other behind; couldn't risk having the more delicate information detected. There were ways to find everything on a computer, every key stroke, every site visited, everything, and it was better not to test their intelligence.

Soon, he relaxed in Ryan's apartment, waiting patiently for the next development. He briefly wondered if he should bake cookies for the feds, then decided to watch some bad tv instead.
