Metal Maelstrom PinkSatan90 Metal Maelstrom the amazing jake jeckel i consider acustic songs slow...so Vermillion Pt.2 is lsow to me...i am a hard a** and i dont care what people think of me. yeah i like it. i love the lyrics and the meldy. its just so smoth. so if likein slow songs makes me a pansy then sign me up. No matter how hard-a** or heavier anybody is, they still have emotions. YEAH! I think Corey Taylor said that same thing, or somthing close to it, on an interview once. o_O Weird... No, I think it was from Jim in an interview about Come What(ever) May.

PinkSatan90 Metal Maelstrom Name some that you like... I like all of 'em... although, I really like Danger - Keep Away and Circle those are my favorite slow songs too! 4laugh

I personally like them. They give Slipknot a chance to show us -and everyone else- what they are truly made of. Nothing. But. Talent.

when i compare the music i listen to other than Slipknot like Dying Fetus, Cannibal Corpse, Lamb of God, Slayer etc, ive been noticeing how soft Slipknot can really get somtimes... like vermillion pt. 2... and even wait and bleed the first song i ever listened of them, which brought me to love them sounds a lot softer than the cookie monster vocal death metal i also listen to... although i do listen to these other bands slipknot will always be my favorite.
i have no idea if that answered the question >_<... im just gonna say... i like the soft stuff...just not that much >_<

I love their slower songs. Especially circle and danger keep away.
I'm not so huge on either of the vermillions, dunno why, I'm just not.

i love the slower songs. Circle is probably my favourite. i used to not like vermillion pt 2, but after listening to it a few times, i started liking it. i kinda concider the Virus of Life a slow song, but thats probably borderline. that song is awesome.

well......... they aren't as good as their faster ones, but corey is a good singer and he sings better than he screams half the time, the slower ones are focused more on the singing than joey being the most awesome drummer, it's a nice change, but not THAT nice

I love he song Gently. I also like Perlude 3.0, Skin Ticket, and both parts of Vermillion.
