TriptychAlessandro I like it cause it backs up the story that Dark and Krad are complete opposites.......does any think that that story isn't completely true? speaking of complete opposites...have you read that ficcy? xd

Krad is just Dark backwards so in a way they are a part of ech other. But what would Krads last name be? Ysuom (mousy backwards)

I like them both. never hear Krad used as a name ( well never heard of Krad intell D.N. Angel) but its neat, and Dark just fits him. I can amangien Dark anme any different (same gose with Krad) so I heart heart both names

I mean, you don't see a lot of people named Dark. It's simple, but creative. so do i~ i liked da whole anime 'cept for the ending.. i thought they could've done more work on it sweatdrop

Zakura-chan Well, I think of it this way: In English, if you use a Japanese name or word as a name in English context, it's pretty nifty. Well, it is in my opinion anyway.
In Japanese, I'm assuming if you use an English word as a name in Japanese, (or an English name), it must be pretty cool as well. So you take "Dark" (which I believe turns into "Daaku" in Japanese due to the fact there's really no "r" sound in Japanese), which makes a cool name in Japanese, and then flip it to make Krad (which, actually sounds like a name)...it just adds to the awesomeness!
Yes, I love the names; both Dark (mostly) and Krad. 3nodding You know, I think they planned for the romanization of their names to be opposites when they made the Japanese version... cause it wasn't like that in the Japanese version. Dark is "Daaku", and Krad is "Kurado"... But yeah, it's pretty cool. But they really could've given Dark any name and flipped it to get Krad's name... we wouldn't know any difference because no one would know that his name is actually Dark.... sweatdrop

Putting it backwards is not the most original idea but it works out great. ^^
