Meh, I've been trying to get a plot bunny, but it's just not forming, so now I have to go steal one out of the think tank in the Writer's Forum. If the messages ever get permanently online. . . stressed

I'll consider it. I've decided that I can't write short stories, so I'll just tell myself this is a character study. Of course, now I have to come up with a character. . . I might actually use that hypnosis thing.

In the book "The Giver" the world has forgotten the meaning of love. It isn't in chaos though!

I think he survived. Mainly because he comes back in the second and third books. Well, his presence is implied in the second book, and I haven't read the third, but I'm pretty sure he's in there.

Well, his presence is implied in the second book, and I haven't read the third, but I'm pretty sure he's in there. I heard that they wrote two books, one where he does survive and one where he doesn't. I was just wondering if that was true.

No, that's not true. The second one is about a girl in a completely different community, and it's called Gathering Blue. The third is about her friend, and it's called The Messenger. If I explained the plot it would give too much away. Both are quite good, though.
