Member Clean-Out is Done

Yup. I went through the memberlist a few minutes ago and banned everyone that didn't have enough posts, except for the people that had excuses. So, if you got banned, sorry. Try again. domokun But, I only had to ban two or three people, so I'm quite happy about that. ^^ Yeah, there's still a lot of people who have way under 20 posts, but they have damn good excuses. Like Mr. Veri over there. His computer's busted. And Sato's been busy with school and stuff. These things happen and it wouldn't be fair to ban people because of it, so I didn't. Anyways, I hope that people will become more active in the long run, but there shouldn't be anymore clean out's for awhile. >< Happy posting. =3

This isn't really too important of an announcement, but I'm going to be getting new items in and such, just to fit the theme of the guild. Don't worry, NONE of the items are going to be bought with the guild money. All of them, unless donated by other users, are going to come from Des's own money, since this was her idea. If you do want to donate some crap to the guild to make me look pretty, here's what we're going to be getting:

Cat Band - 3800g
Cat Tail - 2000g
Orange Street Top - 1200g
O-range Jump Shoes - 2300g
G-pin - 3000-5000g
Golden Gloves - 600g (I'm not sure of the name or the price. It's something like that. ^_^;; )

Gate Otoshia has Cleared 1000 Posts!

Congratulations Gate, you are the first Koto~Thing member to reach 1000 posts within the guild forum walls. 3nodding And since we have about 3.8k posts total right now, that's a good chunk of the guild. Good job. =3 Really.

Because if it's a sticky or an announcement, hence the ANNOUNCEMENTS, no one reads it. -___- Nothing new about that.

10 Easy Rules for Replying to Guild PM's

If you are currently a member of Koto~Thing, then you have recently recieved a PM concerning the new signatures and gerbils. You have, in this certain PM, been asked to send a reply back containing the avatar picture you would like us to use in the sigatures, and which gerbil you would like. It seems that there has been a lot of confusion revolving around this concept, so let's go over a few simple guidelines to use when replying or just PMing an AGJ or Koto-Thing about something.

1. When you recieve a PM from an AGJ or the Koto~Thing mule account, if you are asked to send a reply, SEND THE REPLY TO THE USER THAT SENT IT TO YOU. A lot of people that replied to the gerbil PM send the replies to me. Ok, yeah, I do the signatures, but I sent them through the mule for a reason. It's easier to keep track of. I don't want to have to round up all the replies to finish this project, that just wastes time. Or, let's say you replied to another AGJ. Let's use Anim for example. She's got no idea that we even made the new gerbils. You might confuse her or something by replying to her. It's just easier for us if you reply to the same user that sent the original message to you.

2. If you are asked a question in the original message, make sure to reply with the answer to the question! For example, I got a PM on the mule as a reply to the gerbil message, but the person who sent it was asking another question and didn't answer the questions from the original message. That just wastes time. Also, if you've got nothing of importance to say, then don't even bother replying. For example, let's say you get a PM sending you your new ID card. You don't need to reply and say thanks unless you've got something better to say, like a question or suggestion or something. Especially with the mule.

3. Don't PM the mule with problems unless they relate to the guild as a whole. Always PM an AGJ if you're having trouble with the users or anything else like that. Try to think of it this way: AGJ's are like mods, and the mule is like an admin. You wouldn't PM Lanzer about someone spamming in the ED, would you?

4. Don't PM the mule for no reason. I get this a lot. People PM the mule "just to talk" or something silly like that. The mule is NOT a person. It's an account checked every once in awhile to help organize the guild, since we have a few people running it and not just one.

5. Try to use proper grammar and spelling when PMing an AGJ or the mule. It's annoying to have to use our n00b decoder rings to read PM's. Stop it. -__-

6. Only PM one AGJ per problem. Just like mods. -___-

7. Don't PM AGJ's or mules over stupid problems.If Aegis is being mean and is calling you a doodoo brain, we don't care. Aegis does that.

8. Tying in with the above rule, try to settle things like that before PMing an AGJ. If someone's REALLY bothering you enough that you need to PM one of us, then go ahead, but try to sort things out yourself first.

9. Don't constantly PM us with problems to try to impress us. I've seen it happen, and it doesn't work. You won't become an AGJ by constantly reporting crap.

10. Lucky for you people, I can't think of a tenth rule.
