"And that is why I merely cook the carcasses you fetch me." he replied remembering the state the dik-dik was in when Kago gave it to him. A small shudder rid the thought. "Here is a forewarning before you burn your tounge. It is hot." Irizik placed the skillet in between Kago and himself, for lack of plates. "Since I am the cheif, I get the bigger piece." he stated to see whether Kago would humbly accept his logic or not, and try to intervine with his own state of logic.

"That not be meat captian. Brains are harder to cook and turn a nastey greyish color." he shrugged. The dik-dik was easily large enough to feed two men. "I gave you a warning. Should teach you right to disregard me again." he smirked. Gingerly Irizik picked up a peice by the bone and blew on the meat to help it cool. "If you don't try to inhale your food, it should cool down fast enough."

With a mouthful of dik-dik Irizik only mumbled which sounded something like: The rum in the ship's storage. Or something to that affect. He stood up after quickly swallowing that large chunck of meat. "Don't drink all the rum though, it has to last us!" he called. I don't want to be stuck drinking water from a mud hole. he grimly thought as he casually sat back down to enjoy another peice of meat.

Kago came back running out with a barrel or rum. "We have five more why not wast it." He said grinning. The captain can drink as much as five men plus when he wanted to. "Now how are we going to drink it?"

Irizik stared at Kago. "Ay, that's right. No mugs nor cups fer the rum. Well, I suppose we are going to have to improvise." He looked about the beach, searching for something that could be used as a glass. "Go find a coconut or a conch." he finally shrugged indifferently. He didn't feel like moving about after a meal, plus he figured Kago will bring back an extra of whatever he found for a glass. He layed back across the sun soaked beach listening to the waves contently.

"Well I suppose your head is hard enough." Irizik looked over disrupted by the gun shot. Then he removed the sheathe from parallel to his back and drew his sword. "Or I could smack it with me blade" he suggested. Coconuts are notoriously hard and Iriziks aim isn't too incredable, but perhaps he can hit it anyway.
After about three swings of his sword, the first two completely missed and the third didn't go all the way through, the shells spilt in two. Bluechh. he thought not really liking the way the milk smells nor tastes.

"Why are you so calm about being outta bullets?!" Irizik inquired, "If we are attacked, your screwed." He picked up the other have of the coconut shell and proceded to follow Kago, determined to get a cupful before he drinks it all.

"Ah of course. And the materials for bullets are just laying around." he sarcastically sighed holding out his half of the shell to be poured some also. "When are you going to fix the ship, mate?" Irizik inquired after his cup was full with rum. He walked over to the ship inspecting all that still needs to be done.

"ah... Didn't you shoot the trees down in the first place? And how are we going to cut them into perfect planks? Unless you haven't told me that you're a professional boat craftsman on your free time." Irizik downed his rum quickly. "The coconut gives it an interesting taste." he thought outloud.
