My best character in Narutimate Hero 3 is Shika. I once somehow managed to beat Itachi in like...five seconds on hard mode.

well...Shikamaru isn't "powerful" per se. He's by far the smartest ninja, I'll give him that and I don't doubt that he'd win a fight with his strategy but that's what he is, intellectual. Power is really a word that suits him. The games are different though, they're all "powerful".
