Is Akari the country girl?

Yeah. She's got a big-a** pig that tags around with her. lol She thinks pigs are totally awesome, hence one reason why she likes Ryoga (although he's not totally sure how to take that compliment).

yeah but he still cant choose between akari and akane.

From what I've read, he's beginning to let go of Akane. Just a little.
But yeah, I remember that stuff with both girls going over to his house and he was jumping from one girl to the other. Jeez.
Actually, I can't remember what it was, but something I saw in the manga gave me the idea that he's letting go, but he wants her to be safe and okay and all that stuff.
If any of you have read CERES: Celestial Legend, it's kinda like when Yuhi let go of Aya.

i think different i think he is saying that to himself but he really wants t keep both.

That's part of letting go. Even if you want to keep someone, you just keep saying it to yourself and reminding yourself.

That's part of letting go. Even if you want to keep someone, you just keep saying it to yourself and reminding yourself.

that is true,then why does he keep a picture of akari and akane in his wallet?

People keep pictures of their friends in their wallets. And yeah, he still loves her. You can still love someone even after letting them go. But even if they can't have an intimate relationship, they can still remain close friends.
Like I said about CERES, Yuhi loved Aya, but she was in love with someone else and couldn't return his feelings for her. After a while, he let her go, but they remained close friends. He was okay with her choice (though that came gradually), but he cared for her no less than he did before. He loved her just as much, but out of respect for her, he's gonna move on.
Yeah, that's from another manga, but I think the same thing will apply to Ryoga about Akane. It's not easy to let go; it happens slowly over time.
There was one part of the manga when he had a date with Akari (I think it was book 34 (36 Japanese version or on that website Cotton Fluffball gave us)). He was happy to see Akane, but once he was reminded of Akari, he immediately got focused on her.
So, even if it's not all at once, he is at least making an effort.
