Hmm... I've got a few.
I'm a bit of a DnD nerd (don't really play it, but use the books for inspiration and conceptualization). My favorite shonen-ai characters I've made are a pair of drow: Xundia and Tavi. Drow are basically elves with black skin and white hair who are traditionally considered evil. This is something I have fun playing with. Tavi is a very stoic, thoughtful, and moral person. She's rather petite with short hair. She was trained to be a scout in the underground tunnels surrounding the cavern where the drow city is. She's very fast and a good fighter. This makes her fairly respectable in drow society. However, she suffers from what she and Xundia have termed "feeling what other creatures are feeling". Drow don't have a word for empathy. This makes it very hard for her to exist in such an inherently cruel society.
Xundia doesn't have the same moral compunctions that Tavi does. She's a swordswoman and a very good one at that. She never really thought to question the way she was raised or how her society deals with other creatures. As a result, she often has trouble understanding Tavi. She's learned not to empathize with "lesser" creatures, and has a hard time understanding how the pain of captives or slaves pains Tavi. She still tries, though. Tavi is the only other person she's ever really cared about. Xundia and Tavi love each other very much, but drow have no word to express the concept of love.
Eventually, Tavi and Xundia leave the city at Tavi's request. A lot of what I have in my head after that has to do with them overcoming the limitations of their language and culture and learning to love each other.

Meh... I have a few.
Most of them involve my little universe I call Rhythm. The sentient inhabitants are an all-female race of humanoid aliens called Rhyths (*please* don't ask how they reproduce gonk ). Those of you familiar with DBZ, Rhyths are like Saiya-jin somewhat; they love to fight (and can they), fight to love (again, and can they), and everything in between. 3nodding
I'm currently writing a multipart story for a friend. It involves a character he gave me as well as another whom I didn't completely create; I made the designs for the character but not the character itself. Anyway, my friend's character is named Kei and the other is named Tatanya. Kei's an assassin who doesn't seem like one (she's kind and generous to a fault) while Tatanya is basically a Ninja. A chance meeting causes them to meet, time allows them to connect, and an old acquaintance on both sides threatens to tear them apart.
Yup. It's quite an action-packed ride, lemme tell you. razz

I have some... quite a few really...hmm.. i can think of...3 right off the back...
-Kindo and May. Kindo's a shy type of person that's good at just about everything. May's the new girl that stand's out with her looks. What happend when Kindo starts to notice these looks? Well, lets just say it get's intresting.
-Anita and Lilly. Lilly's outgoing and livly, being one of Kindo's best friend and all. Anita is her almost twin, but no blood between them and their personality's are completely diffrent. Though they look alike, neither has never noticed the other untill that first day in gym.
-Lizzy and Yuki. Lizzy is Kindo's best friend, and does just about everything with her, even if she isn't so good at it. When Kindo starts to hand out with May more then her, she get's depressed. Who better to help her then the girl who's admired her from a distance for so long?

well i have some yuri girls but i always put them in fanfictions there not part of there own series.
there based on me (usually)
i dont make up my own stories with all original characters.
sometimes i put my ocs in fanfics.
because everything i write is either non fiction or fantasy magical farytailish fanfictions of anime cartoons.
i dont usually write the things in beetween like realistic fiction.
i have a character named sammisu and shes based on me.
shes younger than me however.
she is 11 and a 5th grader, she is in love with alex from wizards of waverly place. i put her in my wizards of waverly place fics.
thats my only oc. i wanna come up with another one soon thoe.

actually i just made another oc, and she is not based on me.
her name is tsuukin nagase.
Im putting her in my new haruhi suzumiya fic, The prisoner of azkaban of haruhi suzumiya. its another harry potter/haruhi crossover.
and she is friends with luna.
and that friendship is going to turn into something more.

i have a few different pairings
the first one is karma and kimaya. there story is realy a fairy tale kind of thing. its a foridn love thing. karma is a soon to be queen and kimaya is her servent and has been since they were both very little. they live in a world of magic and homosexuality is definetly not exepted
the next one is T and emily. well thats what they go by most of the time at least. T is an immortal with a human body and T is an immortal without a body. T can only talk to her friends that are ivolved in the magical world about emily because a lot of them are in the same position as them.

Two OCs my friend and I RP with on occasion xD
We RP them, draw them, write fanfiction about them... >3>;
They're set in the Naruto world, working with Akatsuki.
Mine's Nanao. :3 She's a bit of a slut, honestly. She's bi, and not terribly picky. She's got a relationship with Miyuki but it slowly developed into one with Deidara. They have their moments though ;3
Miyuki is my friend's. She's a medic who's more or less a lesbian with eyes only for Nanao.

I just started a yuri story about these two girls named Miko and Kate. They met at a convention and it goes from there. They experiment. Then I'm going to have the story continue from their. They get seperated for awhile but then reunite in Japan after Kate goes after Miko after something bad happens to her. I haven't decided what it's going to be yet but it has to do with family issues, bad ones.
