Happy day after Valentine's day!
Seriously, has Yami no Yugi ever submittedly lost to anyone?
I can only see him uke with Seto (because of that whole rivalry thing, and that Seto did beat Yugi *cheated* once)
However for everyone else, he has that whole "even though we're friends, I'm royalty so worship/obey me" attitude. Definitely seme vibes although his shortness.
