sachiko_sohma Mcphee GreenInkling A child threatened by aboriton has the possibility to be a wonderful, world-changing aesthete or a maniacal tyrant. Either way, who's to say unless we give it a chance? You just keep on saying things that are SO on the money.
You're a smartie. I need to keep my eye on you. heart I think we all said stuff before (except when I said that in debate, nobody called me smart stare ) You are, though.
Hell, you've been shovelled more s**t by the choicers than some of us 'lifers' have, just because you believe abortion should have certain restrictions, and that other options should be focused on, too, in lieu of getting rid of your child.
I've seen you hold your own in the debate, but when the choicers get mean, they get real mean. And they pick at your grammar and such, too. I've seen that occur a few times, where you make a point, and they insult your grammar and ignore you.
I've always respected your emphasis on responsibility, Sachiko-luff.

I've always respected your emphasis on responsibility, Sachiko-luff.Thanks. Yah that's one reason I don't debate all that much. Not all are like that but I've been insulted so many times that I just got tired of it. And yah I should work try improve my grammar, and working on (schools out here don't do a job teaching basics or at all really) but ignoring and insulting people just cause of grammer is just plain low and has nothing to do with debates (as long as people can read and other stand others or people don't use chattspeak then it should be o.k. for debates on gaia).

Dude. Just imagine what we might have missed out on if abortion was around in those days. You may have a point there...

I think that when someone resorts to insulting spelling or grammar (assuming that the post in question is not ctspk or gibberish) they just can't find a proper responce. I know that this has happened to me. I did learn pretty good grammar (from books I read on my own and my older sister), but no one is perfect. I try to point out any mispeled words (by like bolding the letters they were mising in my reply like: mispel led) but not to focus my rebuttle (care to teach me to spell that one correctly?) on someone's typing skills. I know that when I make a grammical or spelling error, I want people to correct me, so I hope that people don't mind when I correct them in a (intended to be) nice way.

Ha! You mispelled the first mispelled! 'Course, since the second one is a correction of the first one it's probably on purpose.
But you still did it!

It was actually on purpose (so I could correct it) but my spelling is horrible. I have been known to spell some words incorrectly every time I use them, but in different ways. The only reason I have not failed out of college is because some wonderful person created Spell Check.

I don't mind people correcting me on a mistake so I can fix it but insults are really unnecessary. Sorry to hear that people do that to you as well. People are like that on all the boards. Ah yes Spell Check, that helped me before and hoping it will help me again when I start college (mine don't start until January).
