I generally do the aggro but when Heartbeat combo was big I tried that.
I don't have the brain for control though biggrin

Really it depends on my mood. If i want to win I play whatever I feel is the best deck, but most of the time I just like having fun so i play my newest terrible deck creation. Ever since Mirrodin my favorite deck(that nobody like to play against) is my "Stories under the table" deck. A sexy mix of Panoptic Mirror, Shahrazad, and Enter the Dungeon, nobody finishes a game against that deck. rofl Anywho, control should rule the day most of the time.

I'm a Johnny/Timmy type but I'm far more Johnny. My best decks were combo/control.

I play using a combination of all three. Usually I'm a control player early in a game, then I shift into a combo type of play later on and at the end I go for an aggro style. My current deck is a white samurai/kitsune/spirit deck that is excellant at all three styles of play. My favorite combo that I use for control is Myojin of the Cleansing Fire and That Which Was Taken, through I am a master at pumping up my creatures.

Control seems to have an edge over both aggro and combo.

Masumaro Control seems to have an edge over both aggro and combo. And it seems to be the most popular here too - If you go by votes of course.

Yes, control is a powerfull style, but it's not as effective as the others at causing damage. That's why I only use it early in the game.

I guess I'm at a middle ground with the three. Sliver Tribal is always my favored, and synergy is the definition of slivers.... You have the right combination, and you can run a Combo Deck, most of them can run in an Aggro And there are fun ones (especially with the new blue ones) that do a good job in control...
Edit: I took the "what kind of player" test and I'm a Johnny/Timmy! Yeah! 4laugh

Depends on the colors.
When I play black and red its all out hit or miss. With enchanments that kill everyone and everything, to enourmous amounts of sakking.
When I play red and blue, its all about destruction, and cycling. Madness and compulsions, my modified air razers deck pumps out massive damage to creatures fast, gets scewed if there are no creatures though...
I have a white deck full of creature oppression, again, death if their deck isn't creature based.
But after everythign been said, anything that just "blows s**t up" is good. Be it black and red or blck and blue.

I'm a Johnny. I love my combos, the stuff series of unfortunate events that spell doom for the other side once all the pieces of the complex puzzle fall into place.
one of the most fun decks I built is just like this. I built in contingency combos should something go awry with the main one, then built a contingency should both fail. But the way it all combines is I can mix a contingency with the main and end up with an even bigger combo! It's great fun and most players in the area I'm in find it hard to slow it down once it starts rolling.
Control is always great fun too, I have a nice creature kill deck that helps me make sure the opponent's options are more limited. Mixed with a couple Backlash and a few others, unless a player is running counterspells I control the creature and artifact aspect of things.
But overall I love my combos.

I love control, and every deck I make has at least one card that has a control element-terror, boomerang, etc. I do have a few aggro decks, though-one that's red/black, one that's green/blue. I actually have to make the aggro decks, because if I make a full out control (like my mono-blue mill, or my R/U ping) my friends have a tendency to ban me from playing it casually.
