This just happened tonight actualy. We were in brinstar depths, i was falcon, and someone else was luigi i want to say. Anyway with only about 150% on him, acid rising, and i dair him strait down into the molten how stuff. I thought he'd bounce right back, but he gets stuck below the acid and accumulates about 200% in like 5 seconds, and comes skyrocketing out. We have no idea what happened.
We think the forces of the kick canceled out the forces of the lava, until there was no more kick momentum left.

My brothers still cry foul when we play item matches and I counter a bob-omb into them. xD

my friend was playing my peach with his marth, somehow he countered the downsmash, but the second hit of the downsmash canceled out his counter it was the greatest thing ever

I just love when Samus's fully-charged shot hits Link's shield and does nothing.

I coulda sworn it only does that on the US version.
its funnier when shiek uses a single needle to stop a charge beam.

Had the game since it came out, and it's definitely American. What sucks is that Shiek's needles are just below Link's shield, so just standing won't block 'em. xp
