Aya looked at Cathi, realizing she was in her wolf form..She tried to transform back to her human form, but failed miserably. She had no energy left.
My name is Aya... I am a Demonic wolf and also an alternate.. Please.. You've got to help me... Aya's voice echoed feebly through Cathi's head, her telepathic powers taking use at very least.

Cathi gasped and looked around searching for the voice. Finally her gaze settled back on the trapped fox. "Did- Did you say that?" she asked timidly. She looked around again but still saw no one. "This is a joke, right?" she said firmly. Cathi stared wistfully back toward the city, wishing it all was a horrible dream and she would soon wake up in her cot so she could take the second watch.

A wolf? Cathi squinted in the dim light. "Oh," she said embarrased, " Alright. Just don't bite me." She searched the ground and found a sturdy tree branch. Using it as a lever, she managed to lift the tree off of Aya. Unfortunatly, she lifted it too high and it went crashing down the slight slope and into the surrounding trees. "Oops."

Aya looked at her hind paw.. It was broken.. She had already known this but it made things complicated.. Like how she was going to get herself out of the density of woods that so souly surrounded her.
"Its okay.." Aya said, referr ing to the gorls common mistake. Aya was not yet fully grown,a and was often mitook for the common black fox..
"My ankle is broken.. I won't be able to walk.." She said, usin human termonoligy so that she would not waste her breath trying to explain.

"What can I do to help?" Cathina asked worriedly. Even in the dim light cast be the moon, she could see Aya's hind paw was at an awkward angle. She pulled out a small knife and cut a long strip of her shirt. "This is going to sting," she warned as she carefully but tightly wrapped Aya's ankle in the makeshift bandage.

Aya howled in apin.. She bit down on a tree root, it crushing inside of her powerfull jaws..

Cathi winced as her patient began to howl. She tied the bandage quickly in a tight knot. "That should hold for a while," she explained, "It won't take the place of true medical care but at least now you should be able to walk."

Aya looked to her ankle, nodding thankfully.
"Thankyou.." She said as she slowly tred to get up. Her ankle collapsed under her and once again Aya was drowning inn the pain and on the ground. Her face remained expressionalless. She got back up, not putting any weight on her paw before kind of hopping around, limping without her fourth paw.

Cathi nodded but worry remained in her eyes. "Is it far?" she asked, "Will you be able to get there with your leg like that?"

Aya laughed bitterly.
"I will make it dear, thankyou but your worry is wasted.."
Aya transformed into her human form, her bleeding ankle behind her. Her long brown hair hung over her shoulder, tangled and ragged with leaves and branches entwined within it. Her eyesd were filled with pain.. She decided to actually introduce herself..
"I have lied to you.. I told you my name was Aya., It is not.. I am Hinotori."

Cathi jumped back as the wolf transformed into a human. Unnerved, she stared at the alternate in front of her as her hand closed around the hilt of her dagger. "Cathina," she managed to mutter. Immediately she regretted giving her real name. All the stories she had ever heard of an alternate swirled in her mind.

Hinotori smiled, extending her arm to shake Cathina's hand. When Cathind didn'nt return the motion, Hinotori grabbed the edges of her cloak and curtsied, smiling.
"Nice to make your aquanitence!" She said softly. She notised Cathin's hand clenched around the hilt of her sheathed dagger. She immediatly shrunk back.
"Are you a maurador?!?!" She demanded, kindness still leaking into her voice as well as fear. She wouldn't be able to save herself if her savior was an enemy. She decided quickly..
"If you plan to kill me, hurry up. Just keep in mind I will not die alone." Hinotori said, fake venom filled her voice. She could transform into a dragon to take the girl down.
