Kisshu's moment of victory was oh so breif, as the finally green screen returned back to red as one of the two engines went out... He slammed the controls foreward, perhaps it was that same refusal to lose Pai had that got him out of their atmosphere and headed to earth. There was a fight with the controls as the ship spun in a circle as it shot off of the planet.
Great, now he could die in space!
As he made it out into the darkness of space he flipped off the engines. Growling as the ship continued to spin... he floated up off the seat, crossing his arms... Well. He was boned... And getting rather nausious as everything continued to spin around him.

Pai gave a nod of thanks to Taruto for the hand up, brushing himself off as he watched the ship until he could no longer see it, "There is no other ship. We will have to find other means to follow after him."
He turned to head out of the hanger, for the moment he was a bit torn. He should be angry that the traitor had escaped, should but wasn't. He couldn't find it in him either to wish a firey death on Kisshu were he to crash on Earth, he felt a lingering attachment to him from the long period of time that they were together as allies, "Our trio is shattered Taruto. He isn't coming back."
He felt a lance of pain at that idea but it was true, he wasn't coming back and if he did he would be slain on sight. Or worse yet tortured unto death The best that could be done was to put him down before that could happen.

Taruto's brow furrowed as he listened to Pai, a knot tying up in his chest. There were no other ships on the whole planet?! That was nuts!!! However, the younger alien managed to keep his composure until Pai retorted the part about the dissolved trio.
He stepped away, shaking his head in anger, then looked up to the sky with an angry glare. "This isn't fair, Pai. Why is he doing this to us?" Tears welled up in the aliens eyes, but he wiped them away, replacing them with a frustrated growl.
Taruto then turned, running back towards the entrance he had only just been through. "Let's go figure out how to get to Earth!" he called, then turned again, running back inside. It was easy to see he was upset, but now that he'd made his decision, there was no going back.
Kisshu would pay.
