Ardea forms a few hand seals and says “Okan-yaiba no Jutsu” She than thrusts her left hand into the boulder she was standing on. The rock surrounding her left arm crumbles into sad and Ardea removes her left hand from the boulder which now firmly grasps a pitch black sword.

Ardea firmly grasps the black katana she just formed and even thought her eyes are covered by her headband she seems to be surveying the ground around her. She bows her head in concentration, after a few seconds she cocks her head to one side and whispered to herself "which once should i aim for?". A few more seconds pass before Ardea tenses up and swiftly spins around nearly 180 degrees and swings her Katana down hard. All the wile she yells "That one!"

Ardea than shouted "Shattered earth blast" With a loud crack Ardea sent a large amount of chakra through her Katana and the tip of Ardea's Katana shattered and whistled towards it's target. The blast that resulted from the shards founding there target caused Ardea to wince just before the shock wave knocked her off the boulder she was standing on.

After the the dusted settled Ardea got up from where she had fallen form the boulder she has been knocked of. She hobbled to the boulder she has decided would be a good candidate to try out her new jutsu on but she never expected it to be that powerful. The boulder in question was now in several pieces, as that the shards of her sword penetrated clean through to boulder and impaled them selfs far into the ground underneath. Ardea let out a groan and whispered"I don't think i have enough chakra to do that again. Well not without serous risk of a trip to the hospital at least." Ardea was sweating and breathing heavily with a tired sigh she muttered to herself "I need a rest before I continue anymore." She slowly walked to where she has left her gear. once there she rummaged through it, after a few moments she found some water, sat down with a contented sigh and started drinking it with relish.

After finishing her drink Ardea unsteadily stood up and said. "I think I'll try that one more time" she than proceeded to walk to the patch of ground where she first preformed her new jutsu. Wile walking she cocked her head to one side as if listening to something. Then she seems to start talking to her self. "no I'm going to try it whether its a good idea or not." Ardea shakes her head "thats your problem"

Ardea is holding her katana behind her and widens her stance a bit. "I have to , I must become stronger" she says in a determent tone. Ardea makes a grimous and pours most of the chakra she has left into her Katana swings it hard wile saying "Shattered earth blast". A loud crack emanated followed by an even louder boom. Ardea was swept away by the concution of the blast. As she was thrown into the air she lost her grip on her katana, and thrown against the side of a small cliff. all this was to much for her body to take and she lost consciousness.

A few hours after her second successfull attempt of her new jutsu Ardea woke up, she wished she hadn't. Ardea's body was wracked with pain, she couldn't beleave how much it hurt. "I guess I was wrong" she said in a voice that was in between a laugh and a cough. "think it would be wise if i left that all for awile. makes me glad I have a bed to sleep in" after a short pause she gave a short nod and spoke in a resined voice "fine I'm going home" with that she crawled to where her gear was, held it loosely in her arms and said "Just shut up and help me get home" with that she hit the ground hard creating a cloud of dust thus causing her to disappear from sight. By the time the dust cleared all traces of her or what direction she went were gone.

Both Takumi and Baku slowly shifted into the city, seemingly unnoticed. Baku looked around before motioning for Takumi to move behind him. After performing hand signs he spoke aloud. "Rei Retsu Fuudo." The air quickly became cold, a bone chilling cold. Metal started to freeze, water would ice over, people's heart rates and motor functions would slow down to a bare minimum, unless they knew how to counter the effects. Soon the area around them would look rigid and beaten by frost bite, the sound of ice crystals forming could be heard like a slow cracking and breaking of earth. Now that he had a suitable field, it was time to search

Keiko led the pack into the post town, her clone setting Ardea down on her feet and katsu on her back. The clones then disappeared before Keiko's hands began to glow greenish blue. She pressed her hands to katsu's side, healing two ribs and any abrasions she had from the dragon's attack.
