i dont think she is adopted, and it seems her family really loves her and trys to make her feel good about her "waves" power.

She wasn't addopted as Megumi became the same. She only has a power that makes her a little different and Megumi is just different because of his personality.

i don' tm think hana-chan is adopted becase her father has black hair and she dose too so she would get black hair fom her dad. i think. sweatdrop

Also even if her imediate family didn't have black hair she is still their daughter. looks have nothing to do with it as the genes can skip a generation or so.

nope..shes not adopted..in fact the manga version has a chapter that tells about her "power" and how she got used to it..almost killed someone,ect...but shes cool... cool i thinks its like the 10th or 9th book...i have to check

I don't think so.... If she is they haven't said. I have up to volume 18 in english, and no one has said she's been adopted.
