^^ Good; I like Captains who are on top of things. A lot of people join Guilds but never post; some will actually do something once asked to, and those who don't can just be gotten rid of.

to progress into genin etc does it have to be 0-49 posts just rping or cna it be out of character and rping?

Well, how about we get some people to play civilian-like roles? Like nurses, shop keepers, or just normal townspeople. Ye or ne? I need everyone's opinion."
