my dog ate my sanity no, the hand that's on our left is shorter then sei-kuns... and the feet have the same positioning as yours... It's a guy. The hand is put in a fist like a guy avi's. It's not extended out showing fingers like a female avi's.

Probably cos if it's a girl avi it's holding the swords... kinda hard to have your hands extended when your holding something...
