Well I know that I am new here and all but..
How do they all plan to meet? Is it at a Tavern or what?
Maybe a war breaks out in the different clans. (Not like Underworld.. that movie sucked) More like, a more.. agreeable standard with a head lord and or a start when the clans decide to make a treaty and work together or something- I dunno I'm just throwing around ideas with myself

There should be a leader of a gang of mercannaries, nothing special. Someone who is a merc already. They take jobs but the leader assigns them to certain assignments according to their ability and seperation from the client and/or target. You can use the gang later on, for a kill on a leader of a rival tribe or clan. Good?

How about a lunar/solar eclipse?
If that were to happen, the vampires can go on a killing spree and the were's can't transform. It may not apply to my character because he's a therianthrope, he doesn't need the moon to transform into a beast.
